We used to love this Carter's location! However, the hours are really unpredictable now. I have shown up when they were supposed to be open and the store was closed. I guess this is due to short staffing or something. But the last time I picked up an order, part of the order was missing and the girl working was really kind and answered all my questions!

Debbie was incredibly rude not only to me but I experienced her being rude to multiple people including an elderly woman. I personally helped this woman find an outfit with firetrucks for her great grandson. I asked Debbie if they were busy today and she said “no.”Therefore I do not know what the issue with offering people a more positive, or at the least, helpful response.I actually had people at my baby shower express to me the customer service was poor, and I had to make some exchanges. I experienced the worst customer service I have ever ver had from Debbie. She just was having a bad day or maybe this was her personality. Ether way she should not be in charge of employees or be representing the store. I know I will not be returning because of her specifically, and I have friends and family that experienced the same thing in the weeks prior and have decided to to go back to work the store again ether.I also called ahead the day before to check store hours, left Lenoir and when I arrived 30 mins later they were closed.(Closed at 2:30 unexpectedly)I had to return the following day and then was treated this way by Debbie.I apologize if this sounds harsh but I didn’t like the way she treated that elderly woman. (I can personally get over a bad attitude, even if I’m pregnant) It really upset me for that woman who was just asking a simple question and needed a little assistance.Buying baby clothes should piss you off.

So disappointed that this store was closed today! I came to buy winter clothes for my grandchildren. There was even a sign on the door saying it would reopen today (not sure what's going on). My husband asked the mall office if they were going to open and they said on Saturday.

Customer associate Harley rude- waited in car for curbside service waiting on an order watching her play on her phone for 5 minutes so I walked in and then was scolded for not wearing a mask - I had a curbside orderside order so I wouldn’t have needed a mask if she had done her job.
