Had to open a new account – they said my debit card would still work. I even asked if I should test it at the ATM and they said that wasn’t necessary then I got stranded with no money

rude tellers, for what reason?? who knows. asked how her day was and had my money sorted & she complained about having to count the cash? is there not a machine used to do that, i really doubt she was counting by hand. atm is sooo slow

Worst bank I have ever had the displeasure to work with! Also, people, be aware that if you have family members on a fixed budget with SS or disability payments, BOA takes money from them! Get out while you can!
