The store that I visited was in Boone mall on 8-3-23 and Patrick was very nice; however, I purchased the Dreamfit 100% Pima Cotton sheets and have an issue with those. These sheets are top dollar ($200) but when I washed them, they came out VERY WRINKLED. I dried them on medium and took them straight from the dryer. They did not sit at all. They also are not as soft as I would think considering they are supposed to be luxury sheets. I would not buy again. There is no guarantee or refund on sheets.

Rebecca helped us purchase a mattress that we needed for an outdoor bed swing we are building. And then we moved along to something we definitely need - a new mattress for our inside bed! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. We’ll be sleeping comfy in the near future! Where do I start, there are so many great things to say about this store, the manager Marc, his guys and team that help him, and their mattresses. I have reached out many times to the manager for assistance with mattresses and he and his team has come thru EVERY time to help me bring a wonderful, restful nights sleep to many of the people I work with to help make their daily lives better. It's so nice to go to a store that is stress free on sales but extremely helpful if you need assistance. Be ready, when you ask for assistance you get superb customer service not to mention the quality of their products are wonderful and they will deliver. How about that ? Thats awesome especially here in the high country. I've dealt with this store and manager Marc for at least the past 3 to 4 years and every time me and my clients have been completely 100% satisfied.
