I drove all the way from Greenville, SC to work with this shop. We dont have shops of this level in my town and many places don't anymore. I'm glad I have plans to go through Boone, NC several times this year so I can stop in!

Great customer service. Went the extra mile.Took my bike in to be repaired right at closing hour and didn’t rush me and explained all options. Also called to confirm I was still coming! Great service and repairs and quick turnaround. Will be back for all biking needs and future purchases.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was worried that since I know nothing about bikes they would try to sell me the most expensive one. But they were very sincere and eager to help me get the right bike for my budget.
