Coupons are hard to use from your phone. Also, the sign stated that the cookies would be fresh and warm. The cookies were handed to me, cold as ice. I took them and put them on my car engine to warm them up. Not sure that everyone should have to do this.

Thought coming in at 10pm would be safe with it being an Insomnia Cookies... first cookie I try to order, they're out of but "have every other flavor" okay, let me get this flavor "nope out of that too" uh okay, let me get that flavor "also out"...I then asked why he told me they had everything else if clearly they don't? And he then listed off the 5 flavors he actually did have which were all just chocolate chip variations.

Tried the Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Cookie and it was truly delicious!! Very soft in the middle, a little crunchy around the outside. The only reason I give it four stars is because I thought it was supposed to be served warm and even though the cashier said it was warm, it most definitely was not. Still a good cookie and almost as good as Crumbl.

Their cookies are incredible, which is why I waited 20 minutes until they opened. Unfortunately, when they opened, they told me that it was going to be another 20 to 25 minutes before the cookies were ready. Not cool!

Excellent cookies!!! Better than Crumbl Cookies. We tried 8 different ones and absolutely loved them all. Right now they have an amazing discount for students. If you show student id and spend $5 then they will give you a box of six for FREE! Our favorites were salted caramel and peanut butter. Highly recommend.
