Love KK, but they never have enough quantity. The last few times I have went, they are always "sold out" of the doughnuts I requested (these are advertised & only on certain days) & I ended up with mostly plain. Disappointed.

Everytime we've been, never have what we want. Today no creme in any of our creme filled. Ive held off on a bad review past six times hoping it would get better. Seems to gt worse. We wont be back.

So disappointed in this Krispy Kreme. We've tried them 6 times in the past 3 years. Today's experience has smaller donuts which is no surprise. My donut had next to nothing on the creme filling and my husband's red velvet cake donut also lacked in resembling their pic with a donut topped with icing. Not worth $2.25 a piece. I understand locations are franchised and this particular location is failing to measure up to the Krisy Kreme reputation.

Doughnuts actually tasted as if they were over a day old. I was so disappointed, since Krispy Kreme has always been my favorite. Hopefully, they will improve on the flow of fresh doughnuts

Donuts were not fresh!! Obviously lekt over from at least day before, were cold and stale. Worst ever!!! Will not be getting from here again!

If you are a fan of Krispy kream donuts. You will be disappointed with this restaurant. I have been to this restaurant three times in the last couple of years. This time I thought, ASU is playing at home. Surely they will have fresh donuts. The 'Hot and ready" sign wasn't on. The glazed donuts were fine. The filled donuts and the chocolate covered donuts no way they were made that day. Custard filled donuts had very little to none custard inside.So if you're in the Boone area. You are better off buying Krispy kream donuts in the grocery store. Same freshness and you save money.I'll always be a fan of Krispy kream donuts. Just this store is a little off their standard.The two employees that worked the drive-thru were great. Wish I could say the same about the donuts.

Krispy Kreme is goodWhen they are open but do not trust the listed store hours. Multiple times I have tried to take my kids for donuts or stopby and grab some Donuts for the next day. These were all times when posted to be open (830 am, 6 pm etc). Of course I know the blame is always staffing issues but at some point it has to be poor management. Just go to local lion or Publix/Harris teeter.

Awesome Doughnuts! When the red light is on turn in, friendly staff with kids and cool souvenir hats and they have a window to watch the glazing of doughnuts! One time their systems were down and they gave us free doughnuts for the trouble!

Love Krispy Kremes. Hate the app. Looks easy to use but... I egan an order, changed my mind about 2 selections & find no way to select 0 once I have selected a number. There is no order "cart" where one can make changes to current selection or cancel the order & start over. True on website as well as app.If I missed something please let me know.

Every time I drive all the way on the first Friday of the mont to get Chocolate Glazed donuts they always have some excuse why they don’t have them, so why is there still a sign on the window that you can get them first Friday of the month… so disappointed ☹️

I went today for my graduation doughnuts and the ladies who helped me were so kind! They congratulated me and even commented on how nicely decorated my cap was for graduation. <3 this Krispy Kreme has a really nice staff.

We came in and asked about when the sign would be lit - the wonderful cashier working the front told us exactly when to come back, and when we came back she already had two set aside for us! You can tell she really pays attention to each customer, even though they were understaffed.

Delicious donuts but the worse coffee ever. I had to stop at Starbucks for coffee 5min after leaving KK. sweet staff but perhaps they youngsters don’t drink the coffee. Also, stream my guitar album it’s called Gregory Guay classical guitar. Goes good with KK donuts and other coffee !?

THE SIGN IS A LIE!!! Donuts were reheated, NOT FRESH.I had never eaten a donut before one of my friends convinced me to go to the Krispy Kreme in Schaumburg, IL. That fateful night in the fall of 2004 changed my life forever. I was 22 years old and had just been introduced to the love of my life: a hot, fresh, plump, succulent, Krispy Kreme original.Fast forward 15 years, I try to eat healthy but there's no fighting the lure of that Hot-Fresh-Now sign.Tonight, while driving my wife and three young children through winding roads toward our vacation destination in Blowing Rock, NC, we pass by a familiar sign and we have to turn back.We were all excited for the Krispy Kreme experience but we were not prepared for the deception that lay in wait for us all.We ordered a dozen assorted donuts (the kids just HAD to have the spring specials) upon taking that first bite I knew something was amiss. I was expecting it to be soft, sweet and crispy. I was expecting it to melt in my mouth.Instead, it was chewy and hard and nothing like a normal Krispy Kreme.My wife asked if they were reheated and the girl at the counter replied that they were."But what about the HOT NOW sign? Doesn't that mean you just made them?", my wife said inquisitively."Well, they're hot", was the only reply.This isn't only deceptive, it's damaging to the brand. How can we trust anything, if even Krispy Kreme will lie to save a buck.
