I’ve been a frequent of this particular Starbucks for years now and they never disappoint. The baristas here are incredibly sweet and helpful, and they never make you feel like a bother regardless of how annoying your order is. I’ll always come here, we’re all besties now ?

Wow Tessa!! Talk about superb service and an experience that felt more like you'd find at a local coffee shop than at Bucks. Your prep of my favorite doppio with foam also was perfetto, and added to another epic motorcycle ride in the High Country.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LYN! I’ve been here about three times over the last two weeks and she recognizes me for my drink and always makes lovely small talk. The gentleman who worked with her this morning was also excellent, he was even suggesting ways to make my “strawberry cheesecake frappe” more like a cheesecake by recommending to add cream cheese. I didn’t get his name but these two made it so nice for me! I think I held up the line, lol. Only thing I can say is my drink is never quite right but they’re so nice it makes up for it. How do I get LOTS of strawberry purée without being blended in my drink?! Haha!

The store was so dirty, the staff was indifferent and made the drinks wrong with no apology, like they were just numb. Very depressing environment. Won’t be back-Food: 2/5

1 star for the girl who was working this drive thru today, horrible attitude. Didn't hear my boyfriend respond and made a snarky comment. Love the food but terrible customer service today.

My favorite Starbucks! They have the best baristas and they provide an awesome experience even if you have an issue they handle it like pros. I've only had one issue with one of the guys at the drive thru window being rude about smoking at the window.Food: 5/5

Order a tea, didn't want the honey syrup, wanted honey packets, the cashier wanted to argue about it, she couldn't understand I did not want honey sugar syrup but real honey. I gave in to her and just said fine leave it in after unsuccessfully trying to get it.understood after awhile of trying.

Parking is a mess. Unless it's too early or late, I would hope that you would go to a local coffee shop and support the local business. This Starbucks does what it is intended with no faults, but nothing makes it stand out either.Food: 3/5

Every time I come to this store, I feel like I leave making a new friend. Everyone here works so hard and they are so kind and patient. Customer service isn’t an easy job and I’m sure they put up with countless rude customers, but whenever I am there they always have the best attitude. You are all amazing and deserve the best. Thank you for making me so happy every time I come.

Have gotten white mochas three times that taste like milk and sweetener. No coffee taste at all. Starbucks in Harris Teeter is much better.
