I asked to be sized because my boyfriend told me to come in here and get sized as he has apparently an 11k engagement ring on file for me and just needed to know my size. They told me I needed to pay because “they’re so busy sizing people”.(I was the only person in that store and besides it only takes two seconds). I told them I had no cash on me, and besides the point of that. I told my boyfriend about the rudeness of staff and greediness of needing money to be sized as he is about to spend $11,000 there but he will be taking business elsewhere, no worries :) oh and if you don’t believe they are quite rude, look how they respond to reviews, very unprofessional.

I have purchased several rings from Stone and even have had Mr. Wilson design a ring for me. I am constantly getting compliments on my rings! Stone is the most Amazing jewelry store that I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing my jewelry. Extremely knowledgable and professional. Stone has me as a client for life!

Horrible service, tried to get a chain repaired and asked if they didRepairs, the person answers yes we do. So I follow up explaining I had a simple repair for my chain, easy repair… she follow by saying ohh yeah but he is not taking any pieces to repair…. SOOOO. They dont repair… I ask where else can I take it and she said call around and find out.

I called to see about a minor Jewelery repair. the woman told me the repair person is not taking new jobs on. if she would have said we were backed up and could do it in a few weeks I would understand but to say NO? bad customer service. I will never buy anything from them ever. she told me that was her answer and hung up on me. really????

Very nice store and normally great staff and response. Bought a nice expensive watch for my wife last year at Christmas and had a 5 star experience. Had to give up this year as the opening message was our jeweler is out until after the first of the year. They lost me at we can’t help you with …. Lost a great sale of some diamonds ear rings to us - headed off to another spot in town. I’ll try again next year at Christmas - hopefully during the busiest shopping time of the year the team will be ready to do some serious bu$ine$$.

Ronnie is a Master! My husband waited 20 years to give me the ring of my dreams. Ronnie and Karma were instrumental in guiding us into our perfect stone and setting. My ring badly needed repair. The staff was upfront that it would take a while, and that was fine with me. They finished it yesterday, but since I was working until 6, I had to send my husband to pick it up. He wasn’t able to make it until a few minutes after closing and they opened back up for him anyway. This meant a lot. Yesterday was our anniversary. It looks like new. I’m very grateful.

My fiancé gave me the most perfect engagement ring just right for me. He was welcomed by Karma, and she helped him find exactly what he was looking for. My husband and I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone! We came in to have a ring made with a diamond out of my late father's ring. They took the time to learn what we were imagining and showed us several options. Every step of the process was smooth and professional. We picked up the ring today and are ecstatic with the finished product. The ring is beyond beautiful! Everyone we dealt with during the process was polite, friendly and patient. We will definitely use this jeweler for all future jewelry purchases.
