So rude!The one by the window (charona) is always rude. Just waiting for my tax person to come back from vacation and than I’m switching banks.I was so happy with everyone else as they are super nice and welcoming. I just now opened my business account there and was planing to open a new one in about a month. I would avoid.

Takes forever to be seen by someone. Would not suggest going here unless you have 30-45 minutes or more time to spare. The place looks fancy and nice though.

I have dealt with many banks over the years and this is one of the worst banks I've ever been to. Very snoby women at front door was hateful and rude to my sweet little child and her precious father. Was treated differently because they wasn't fancy. Went through drive through and tried to make a payment, they wouldn't take a debit card to pay and said we would have to have cash. I've never experienced such terrible service.

It takes on average at least 25 minutes to make a deposit. If the lobby is closed, why are only 2 lanes open when you have 4? I normally spend my entire lunch break trying to make a deposit. I would never use this bank but unfortunately my employer does.

Each time I visit the branch, I am always assisted in a timely manner. My banking expectations have always been met with follow through as needed. The staff reach out to insure my needs have met. Management of my financial resources has been exemplary.

They miscounted my money twice. They told me to wait in the car till they counted the draws. Never came back to let me in. I banged on the door and a man comes out and says that the draws were right. Then he said that they might not be right because they never counted the checks. This happened at the Brevard branch. They started treating me like a theif. They held my money up in the air and counted one bill at a time very slowly. I started using the Hendersonville branch. ( Laurel Park). Everything was fine till some employees from the Brevard Branch transferred to there, then treating me like a theif started all over again. I run a business and I work for a lady who is confined to her bed due to health reasons. I ask her if she could move her account but it is next to impossible in her condition. She has quite a nice amount in her account and that makes it even more difficult. I have worked for her for twelve years and she so depends on me. I would have never put up with this out of anybody. I just don't want to abandon her. Every time you go in the Brevard Branch, there is always new faces. I guess they don't pay them anything. I know a lady that worked there years ago and she said that the branch manager treats the employees horrible. She now works in a much higher up position in another bank. I have no respect for this company what so ever! They only kept 20 dollars of my money but the total disrespect they have dished out is unforgivable. Aside from all of this it has been all over the news and social media about all the fake accounts they have started just so that they could charge people fees for made up stuff. They have been in all sorts of trouble for scams and stealing money. I would never trust this company with any kind of a sizable amount of cash. Don't take my word for it. Research it for yourself! What a Horrible, dishonest and disrespectful bunch of Nobodys!

Can you believe it!!! you cannot even put CASH money into someones account at WELLS FARGO!!! Unless you are on the persons account!!! Oh I could write a check and put it in.but not Cash!!! I wouldn't bank there if it was the last bank on Earth!!!! Terrible!!! I can go to any other bank and put CASH into someone's account no problem!
