Called many times in 1 week, kept getting told they would call me back ASAP. Still haven't heard from them!!! Was quoted a price not long after I got it Oct 27th, 2021. Don't want to honor that price now and they don't understand I haven't been able to get there because my husband's leg was amputated March 5,2022.
Have only been there when nessary and only because it was under warranty! Over priced and charge, I feel, that you have to pay for them to look at your vehicle! Didn't know how to write a new review on November 15th 2023. When I did go back the last time, after negotiating the cost the new person told me that it was $50 LESS than the negotiating price!! That I appreciated.
There prices are over the top compared to another Subaru dealer shop. They sent me a time for oil change and a list of prices for their self and 3 other reputable companies and they were in one cases 3 times more. I had an appointment for oil change the time before and I finally left 3.5 hours later. Last time I went back. Good luck if you go. J

We had a very good experience at Flow Subaru of Burlington, from our initial greeting, through the process of choosing and buying our car, and on to the follow-up appt. Every member of the staff were professional and courteous! Two members that ensured our complete satisfaction were Sam and Jason. They went the extra mile to help us! We would highly recommend this dealership! We would definitely buy another vehicle from Flow Subaru of Burlington!

I had a great experience purchasing a Crosstrek at Flow Subaru of Burlington, NC. Salesman Paul Malanowski has decades of experience and easily and clearly answered all my questions. Sales Manager Charlie and Finance/Closing Max Bravo were also professional and pleasant to work with. The Crosstrek is an incredible vehicle. Happy customer!

Paul Malanowski was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. This is our 2nd Subaru, the first was 2015 to now. Love the new Crosstrek model. Got a great deal! Bryan Campbell in the Service department has helped our daughter with her 2015 Impreza for years. Reliable, knowledgeable, goes the extra mile!

I had an amazing experience at Flow. The team was awesome to work with and made me feel comfortable. The process was extremely smooth and easy. I was in and out within 2 hours with a new car. The condition of the car was top notch as well. I worked specifically with Mike, Sam, and Max. They were incredible to work with. I'll be back when I'm in the market for another car.

We purchased a Crosstreck on 5-18-24 from Dray Daiber at Flow Subaru of Burlington. Dray did a terrific job helping us. To find the best deal we contacted three Subaru salespeople at three different dealers. All the preliminary contacts were via text message. Dray quickly realized what we wanted. His followup was exceptional. Dray worked hard finding us the best Subaru value. He kept in contact with us but was never pushy. He obviously is concerned with his customers. Another good reason to let Dray help you is his followup after the sale. On 6-3-24 we now have put about 1,200 miles on our wonderful new Crosstreck. Dray at Flow Subaru is the person who can give you the best buying experience.
