The worst customer service, disrespectful, doesn't know how to do natural black "nappy" hair. Then when I asked if the lady would be satisfied with her own work she couldn't answer.

It's always a nice & positive experience. The shop is always clean and the hairstylists always greet their customers when they walk in. Sheena has been doing my hair for years & she does great work!
