Customer service is their top priority. Very helpful. I've been to 3 other vape shops and the employees behaved as if they were doing you a favor to assist you. Stratus is my only vape shop now!

I absolutely love going to Stratus because some of the other employees are in an upbeat mood and know the products. However I have had multiple issues with the friendliness and lack of knowledge that the employee Dylan has. He is rude and always seems to be in a bad mood. He acts like he doesn't even want to be there, talk to you, or make any suggestions to you. If you know exactly what products you like they have them but if you need to learn about their products I recommend asking a different employee.
