So we took our dog to the vet and they got us for $500.00. They supposedly did some blood work and a urine sample and seen blood in his urine. So they talked us in to an ultrasound sound because they were adamant that our dog had a stone in his bladder. After doing more test they found nothing and sent us home. The doctor said he was going to call us back the next day and give us the finding of the later test which we had to call and seek the information. This whole place is pretty frustrating and money hungry. I dont think animals are in their best intrest more so their bank accounts. The facilities aren't even that clean or nice.

Extremely unfriendly. The receptionist was sarcastic to me over the phone when my dog needed help, and I had to call more than once, due to them not calling me back.

They used to be pretty good until they acquired the additional business. I've spent more than 20 minutes on hold several times. I'm currently waiting in their lobby for a suture removal. Of course I have been for 30 minutes. Horrible customer experience. Find someone else.

Unfortunately my dog got into some poison, town and country was the closest place open in Burlington. There was only one veterinarian so we did have to wait about an hour, luckily my dog vomited most of the poison up already so we waited and they gave us some activated charcoal to take home to help with her stomach.

The staff were so patience, kind, and caring to Smokey and I! The amount of care both the vet and vet tech took with him was so comforting. We'll definitely be back!

Town N Country has been the best experience I've had with a vet in Alamance County. They've treated my pet and me with so much respect during his life, while passing, and after. I cannot recommend Dr. Horn enough. Her bedside manner cannot be matched. She spent so much time with us during our visits going over medications and treatments, listening to all of my concerns, and was great with my cat. While I had to put my cat to sleep, she answered all of my questions and stayed with me through the process and validated my hesitations. If and when I have another pet, I'd love for them to see her again.

Please do Not recommend Pet Oasis for pet sitting. Upon your recommendation, I took my pets to Pet Oasis for 10 days of pet sitting while out of town and could not get an answer to any phone calls the whole time. Upon my return, one of my dogs could not walk and died shortly after. In addition to that both of my dogs would flinch every time I moved toward them as if I were going to hit them. I would not recommend Pet Oasis.

The staff are so wonderful and kind hearted. They truly love every patient that comes in and they take their time to make sure that the appointment is not terrifying to the pet. Even my Loki, who fussed at his last doctor, was EXTREMELY well behaved. One itty bitty fuss but that's it. I am thankful for their willingness to help us in our difficult times especially today when we had to release our sweet Patrick. Dr Horn was so sweet to him

Great experience for myself and furry family members:Rory, Smudge and Cheese whiz(a dog and 2 cats)! Moved here 8 months ago, and all 3 needed to establish and get well animal checks and shots. Easy to get appointments, and establish. The staff and Dr. King are great!
