Brayan is an amazing Employee! I did a walk -in tour & viewed 3 different apartments which he had no problem showing me. He gave me good Details on each apartment. I agreed to myself this is a place I wanted to call home ! Brayan made sure to tell me everything I needed to do to take further action. Over the Days Brayan still kept in good contact,communicated and answered every question I had with no problem. This was such an easy process with it also being my first time Renting. I do Recommend Brayan to do your Tours if he's available!

Had a good time staying at Wayfare. Website description of apt was accurate. Great staff including lease office and maintenance crew. Pretty quiet environment and you would feel safe living here. Good amenities for dogs as well.

We have loved living here the past year! The apartments are nice, quiet, and conveniently located. The assistant manager, Angie, is amazing to work with and provides excellent customer service. The maintenance team is hard working and caring. Especially David B, who has always been so kind and helpful. Thank you wayfare team!

I had a problem with my heating unit and put in a request. It was handled with efficiency and professionalism by David B. He left a list of things he had checked and I was pleased with the outcome. Also, on a side note, I couldn't even tell someone had been in the apartment- there was no mess left and I appreciate that. Thank you for your time and efficiency.

I have lived here for a year and I love this place. It's been my favorite place to live over the past few years. The staff is great and so is the maintenance. David is part of the maintenance team and is extremely pleasant and helpful. His service rapport is superb. This is the place to be if you're looking for a wonderful place to live.

The office staff is friendly and maintenance is fantastic. They are fast to respond to any requests, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I put in a maintenance request after 11pm last night and before 10am David B. was at my apartment and fixed my problem in no time!

I have reside here going on 4 years, never had an issue until Thursday, November 18, 2021. I walk out my apartment that morning to find that my vehicle has been towed. Remind you that I have been parking in the handicap park since I been here with my handicap sticker hanging up. I forgot to hang it up that morning. I had to pay $280 to get my car. I felt that I should got a warning before my car got towed and got my money back when I showed I have a handicap sticker. The upset? part about this is: Holidays are right around the corner!!!!

The apartment life team is amazing. Bailey helped me move into my first apartment with a smooth and easy process. The events are always so organized. As well as fun. Love all of their events as well as the family friendly atmosphere. Anytime I have a concern they are always happy to help me!

I have enjoyed living here for the past 3.5 years. The new staff is amazing and super helpful. Whenever I go to the leasing office, they always greet you with a smile. Reagan Davis was especially helpful and pleasant to me when I came in to ask about my emotional support puppy. She was thrilled that I was getting one and told me everything I would need to get my new puppy settled and properly documented for housing. I appreciated her help!The maintenance staff is also amazing! David B. Is the sweetest man and he always makes sure to say something nice about my apartment. He is prompt about answering my requests and always fixes the issue in an efficient and timely manner. He makes sure to leave the place clean and always is nice about taking his shoes off when entering the apartment at my request. David B is the best! Wayfare is a great place to live if you're looking in Burlington. 10/10 recommend ?

Wayfare is the first apartment complex I have ever lived in, and I absolutely love it here. Bailey, Dakota, and Angie (office staff) are the sweetest and most helpful people. DB, Speedy, and Glen are the best maintenance crew ever. Whenever I have an issue, they are there right away to fix it! The pool is very clean and is an amazing size. The complex has an amazing gym and even a dog park! Not only does the complex have amazing amenities, but the leasing office hosts food trucks, kids night, trunk or treat, and other community events to help small businesses in the community and to bring the community closer together. All of the residents at Wayfare are very kind, and I have never ran into an issue here. The location of the apartment complex is perfect. You are close to Alamance Crossing, University Drive, Elon, and it is right off the highway. There are a lot of apartment complexes already in the area, and being built, but with the amazing staff, amenities, and location, I would never plan on moving to another complex. If you are looking to find an apartment, Wayfare is the perfect place!

Wayfare at garden crossing is the most convenient location in Burlington. Our year and half here has been personal and felt like home. Landscaping services were out here every two weeks. Staff were always communicating with us, and the property managers were helpful in our stay here.Our dog and us enjoyed walks around the property and convenient dog areas. It was easy to feel like we were always home with family. All of our neighbors were clean and cooperative with property standards. Trash butler was consistent as possible during post pandemic and weather.In the summer we loved going to the pool and sitting on our patio. It was always positive experiences here. You get what you pay for! If we had any suggestions, it would be to tour all floor plans. We started looking at Kennan, and fell in love with Pryor. It was a cozy space for 2.Highly recommend staying here! Bell partners are always there for the community that you live in. At our prior apartments, they were managed by a third party and having a face to speak to was always helpful for us while staying here. From the top to the bottom 10/10.

I just moved in and i absolutely love my apartment. The office staff is amazing especially Bailey she is very nice and helpful and Mr. David B the maintenance tech is a very nice person he makes sure that everything in your home is working the way it is suppose too. Wonderful place to live.
