Always excellent service at this branch - the tellers and the office staff have been friendly, helpful, and professional every time and I've had numerous visits and appointments.

I have had this account since 1991 when it was Bank of Boston, then Fleet, then..... I have never experienced any financial institution this inept. Not BOA, this branch. This branch is like that one ratchet franchise location in a normally exceptional chain. Complete with attitudes, demeanor and all. It is ike they just like they took everyone waffle house fired from their yearly background checks and started a fake BOA.

I never thought I would get an account with BOA but I did partly due to it’s proximity;over the past two years I’ve become a huge fan of this bank and the staff at this branch. They have been extremely helpful to me and they are always very NICE, which carries a lot of weight. On a side note BOA is a great bank for dealing with a personal checking account being hacked, they are extremely fast to reimburse! They made an otherwise painful ordeal not so bad ,nothing bouncing etc . Brick and mortar banking may be obsolete, but prepare to be treated with courtesy and respect by the tellers and managers

Closes at 4, even on Friday. One teller only, and forget getting them to do other banking things, i.e. notary, credit ref. etc..

Doesn't have normal banking hours. The works there are rude and seem to be bothered by any firm of effort they have to put into anything. Will not ever be using this bank
