I am a new member, signed up last week. So far, it's been AMAZING - engaging and customized sessions focused on everything your body needs to get a great, effective workout. I love the trainers there as they are passionate and love making an impact. I will be back again.

I had a great time trying at this gym. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Trainer Cassie had great energy, was very engaging, and led me through a fun yet challenging workout!I would highly recommend checking them out. ?❤

9Round is the perfect workout that includes kickboxing, strength training and cardio. I always get a great workout each time I come into the studio, and the best part is it's only 30 minutes! I never have to worry about scheduling a class or if I am running behind. The environment is always encouraging and welcoming.

I like the concept of 9round and the flexibility they offer to fit the short workouts into your busy schedule. I took a trial class here and it was fun! Unfortunately, I think my personal motivation and fitness style works best in group classes. However, the staff was great and I would recommend this to anyone who has a busy schedule and is more self motivated to follow a routine by themselves meaning not doing the same thing as others in the gym.

10/10 highly recommend to anyone who is interested! I love that the workout is 30 minutes and I burn between 500-600 calories per session. The workouts are also different everyday which keeps things fun. The trainers are always there providing guidance and motivation to make sure you have a great workout each and every time. I really enjoy the 1:1 sessions during 1 of the rounds to work on different techniques. I also enjoy the weekly Challenge of The Week (CHOW) as its friendly competition within the community. I have been more consistent with working out ever since I joined 9Rounds and I am excited to go in everyday after work. Once you try 1 workout, you will want to come back for more!

I love the new workouts each day and no class times! The trainers are legit, encouraging and coaching you through a great workout. I burned 450 calories there in 30 minutes this morning!

I’ve always had trouble sticking to workouts, but not at 9 round. I’ve enjoyed 4-6 workouts every week since they opened last year. The training crew is great (shoutout Hunter, Said, and Joel!) The workout changes daily, and the atmosphere is so fun and encouraging there is never a dull moment.

Awesome gym, awesome instructors! Shoutout to Hunter for being such a great trainer who's really great at challenging you but also working on technique. They all have a martial arts background and it really shows. You won't regret joining!!

Fantastic establishment! You get a great mix of cardio, strength training and kickboxing all combined into one 30min workout. The 9 stations target different areas, which I love. The staff is VERY helpful and very much hands-on. I can't recommend this place enough!

If you are looking for a good workout class, I HIGHLY recommend 9ROUND. It takes only 30 minutes of high intensity interval training, and leaves you feeling great for the rest of the day!

I love this place!! The owners/ trainers Nick and Troy are always very helpful and upbeat. 9 Rounds is a 30 minute HIIT work out with 9 stations. 3 minutes at each station with a 30 second active break between. No class times and a great atmosphere. Very convenient and a lot of fun. The Cary location also has a small couch and tv in the back for children to wait while you work out. With the challenge of the week, heart rate monitors, and upbeat energy it is easy to stay motivated and make working out fun. Also, boxing is therapeutic!! Definitely my favorite gym that I've tried so far 10/10 recommended.

I really enjoy the people and the workouts. The workouts and unique and a great stress reliever. Highly recommend if you are someone looking to do cardio that isnt boring.

This place is run by a friendly crowd genuinely interested in helping people get fit. Clean facilities, enthusiastic coaches, and a flexible workout schedule makes this quite appealing. Costs are not too high, especially if you come as many times as you can a week.
