When I tell you from the moment you walk into the dealership you are not just a customer they make you feel like family. I took an uber and it wasn’t until I got in a car they did not stop working !!!!! I’m bringing my son here to get a car!!! Thank you Fayz and Mia for making us feel at home in your business and getting us into a car!!!

We bought a car from here. The water pump went two days after we purchased our vehicle and left us on the side of the road. We had to pay for a tow truck to take it back to the dealership. They acted like they were doing us a favor by fixing it. Also stated, we are giving it to you at such a deal… After that lights came on on the dashboard. We have spent more to fix this car than what we paid for it. Not worth the worth the headache. This vehicle will not pass inspection (still has temp tag!) What a nightmare.

I had originally rated this company 5 stars and gave them a raving review. Four months later and I’m sitting at a new dealership trading in the piece of crap that has literally been falling apart on me. Transmission is slipping, AC doesn’t work, shocks and struts need to be replaced, alignment is about as straight as a silly straw, brakes are completely worn. The last straw was pulling into my daughter’s school to hear a pop and the window, that I have to have rolled down because of the busted AC, falling into the door. Guess we’ll just add that to the list of problems this car has given me since I drove it off of the lot. Five grand wasted, and with five kids that was a lot of money to burn, but the worst part of it is I had my infant twin daughters with me on the day I purchased the vehicle and the owner promised he’d put my girls in a safe car. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they didn’t know there was so much wrong with the car, but I just find that hard to believe. I’ve lost my faith in private car lots at this point.

Got me in and out quickly and had a mechanic not too far away to fix any problems,
EDITED 5/30/25 been calling since April to see if I could get help but kept getting the run around. Car cut off in the middle of the road twice. Come to find out the alleged NEW battery they put in the car only had 450cca and cat needed a minimum of 600cca. Now they won't give me my tags or a refund for the battery I bought

Great experience from start to finish. They had good quality cars to choose from. I purchased my car in February, a 2014 Ford Focus. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a 2007 Escalade ESV from these guys Second day of driving it it cut off on me, but they had made sure that they took care of the issue by Installing a new alternator and spark plugs And I received my truck back in two days. I had bought this as is so I had asked them was it any transmission or engine issues and they said no. So I had - diagnostic on it from a shop Turns out they were telling the truth.

On 2/26/25 I went to buy a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. I test drove it and it was trash. I told them I didn't want it so they showed me 2017 range Rover. The owner drove with me and used all kinds of tactics for me to purchase truck told me all the good things about it. Yes I had a 603 credit score before they started running my credit. Finally I got approved and put down $8,000. 2 days after having truck it started to run hot. Took it to shop and found out it had a major coolant leak. $4000 to fix. I call financial company and tell them the issue. During call I find out the dealership only reported to them $6,000 when I gave him $8,000. So finally they investigated situation and dealership all of a sudden agree to fix issue. I still made my payment to financial company during this time. It's been a whole month and I haven't got my truck back yet from this dealership. I filed a lawsuit and called police. This dealership is full of fraudulent activity and have con artist working there. I'm in the process of exposing them to the better business bureau along to DMV inspector. I have video of them lying about my truck and still until this day won't tell me where my truck is. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

OMG. Super super friendly staff. Brought my son's 1st car from them. After we left the lot I had to explain to him that not all use car dealers are as nice as them. If they have something your interested in. Stop by, your probably going to leave with it.

BEWARE!!! We’ve been dealing with an issue from them since Dec.2024 and to this day it hasn’t been resolved! And it’s their screw up, flat out doesn’t want to take responsibility for a bad transmission. And sold me the car under the assumption a 90 day warranty came with the car. And have the receipts! And still won’t pay to fix car. Find a car dealership of American heritage, at least it’ll take longer to get screwed vs right out the gate!!
