We came to this location for help after hours of trying to resolve a matter via the AT&T phone reps. Sydney was absolutely amazing and jumped in right away and called the appropriate people. She was able to resolve a matter that 4 other phone reps couldn’t. We appreciated her kindness and energy.

Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with Rafael Lugo.I went in there for a return, and Rafael lugo was rude from very initial conversation. On the att website/email i received, i got the confirmation that i could return my device at this store.He said he wouldn't care about the confirmation i received, and he would also NOT look at the email i received. It's definitely not a friendly attitude.It's fine if certain things can not be done here, but the attitude and rudeness in which he talked really thrown me back.Worst experience with Rafael.Please stay away from this store.

Terrible experience the representative was in no mood to listen the problem. Completely cutting of the talk saying I have other customers to deal when there is only one other customer in store. I would rather go to different store.

I would like to appreciate John L ( 5034 Arco St Store) for his help on getting myself converted to AT&T wireless services. He managed all my queries with most patience and kindness. He had answers to all the clarifications that came up in managing multiple lines that I was transferring to from an older plan. I would not have been able to move to AT&T without his assistance and explanation on every aspect of the plan that was currently being enrolled into. Thanks John for giving us a great new user experience.

They were amazing helping my mother-in-law (who is technology challenged) get transfer from a Samsung to iPhone. The process was so smooth, and they did everything for us in such a friendly manor.

I left the store about 20 minutes ago and did not purchase or upgrade anything as I went in to upgrade my sons iPhone 12 mini to a 13 and number one when I walked in it took a couple minutes to even be acknowledged and greeted number two the male employee that I spoke with a heavy set gentleman Didn't know or didn't have any knowledge about what I was asking about I asked about upgrades I asked how much it would be asked how much extra it would be to add it to my account. He had to ask the young female employee that was too busy, looking in her own cell phone to look up For 60 seconds to answer questions that he was asking her so in the end the customer service sucked and there really needs to be some serious training going on. And yes I'll be switching wireless companies.

Went to this store today. The store manager, Dana was very professional, and followed up with the corporate office to resolve my issue. She’s great! The sales Rep, Shi was also professional and went out of his way to provide extra service as a team effort!!

I would leave a thousand stars for this store if I could! The customer service that I received yesterday was extraordinary! I really felt appreciated and valued as a customer and actually wound up making a few new friends as well. Although I went in with a simple request wich was for a new SIM and a having a phone unlocked by a previous carrier I had 4 associates ( Dana, who is really down to earth and beautiful as well, Corey, who appears to be a lot more tech saavy than he'd allow you to credit him for, guess that's the humility of his character, Jackie, who is "Super Friendly" and funny and Shelby who's just an all around sweet heart!) came together to aid me as best as they could in order to ensure all that I needed was provided. They were so cool I want to go back just to hang out with them! I recommend their services to anyone who has an AT&T product that they may need any service for.
