Was very disappointed in the portion size I was given. Spent $15.50 on the Enlightened Spicy Peanut Chicken with Soba Noodles and the take out container (which was around 4 cups in size) was less than half full. Literally ate the whole meal in 8 bites. In addition, my wife’s burger, which she ordered to be cooked medium, was well done. If I’m spending $14 on a burger I expect you to know how to cook it to my preferred temperature. Way too expensive if this is the food I am getting.

Just wanted to share with you a picture of my "growler' I paid for. Not even the full ounces. The Cary location couldn't refund me because I paid online. We placed online order and we're a few minutes early, 6:04pm. They said it was finishing up and would be right out. At 6:22 they brought the car next to us. We asked. Said it had been sitting there why didn't we call? We had.... Then 7 more minutes and still not out with it. Called again. "working on the growler" Bring food out. No beer. "the keg is tapped" FINALLY bring beer out and "no growlers" Ask about refund and told they can't I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years. Ohio and now NC. I get that we have coronavirus and we TRIED to support the business is but seriously??!?

Always a crowd favorite and often wait lists at night for tables. This is not inexpensive, but the servings are large and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Daily specials help keep the cost down with 1/2 price large pizzas on Monday and $10 burgers with unlimited fries on Wednesdays. We often so stuffed from the main course there's no room for their special dessert, the PIZOOKIE, a mini cookie pie with ice cream.

My first time eating here. My waitress didn't seem very knowledgeable of the menu. Maybe she was new I ordered garlic mash potatoes when my food arrived i asked the waitress why weren't they garlic she said she didn't think they had garlic but i saw it on the menu. She should've told me that when i ordered it instead of just telling me after my food came. She walked pass my empty glass 4 times until i asked her if i could have a refill. It made me annoyed with the service and the food was not good at all. I have a stomach ache from the food. Will not eat here again!

I came in with my daughter, and our server Ricky A. Was so sweet and friendly! He made sure we had everything we needed, and you could tell he wanted his costumers to have an awesome experience! Thanks Ricky! ?

We had another great dinner experience at BJ's. Our waiter Anthony was wonderful. He knows how to give us just the right attention. The food was delivered hot and on time!

We went with a group of six. Busy place but host staff welcomed us with smiles. The wings were good, nothing out of this world. Beer selection was good and the Jeremiah Red was a favorite. Our server was as prompt and attentive as could be but had to apologize for the long time for our drinks. Seems this place could use another bartender when they are busy. Deep dish pizzas were good. Calamari and cauliflower appetizers were ok but nothing special. So....overall if you looking for a good place to have a beer and some food check it out... just don't expect your refills to quickly. The cookie dessert with ice cream was very good. We would go back.

Definitely not a place for a quick bite. Been 3 times now and the service is consistently horrible, the first time we were a party of 3 and it took us nearly 2 hours to get in and out on a quiet Monday night. The next time, they gave us 1 server for a party of 10 when we had a reservation and they knew we were coming. The most recent time, we were again a party of 3 and hardly ever saw our server (again, on a quiet Monday night after the dinner rush. Less than 1/4 of the restaurant was seated). I have no idea how they train their servers but they need to establish some major quality improvements.

Probably wouldn't go back. We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours..literally. When we got there to was busy so things were a bit hectic. The food was okay, but one of our dishes was room temp. Didn't sent it back due to long wait already. One of us ordered a second beer and took 20 minutes to get. Asked for dessert and to get a menu, also took 20 minutes to get. We just looked it up on our phone instead. When the cookie dessert comes out the ice cream is melted. I understand, it's a hot cookie, ice cream will melt. But it was basically soup as my friends you could tell was freshly made and mine had been sitting there. Once we asked for the bill our waitress put all of our bills in one bill sleeve. Never seen this done before. Luckily the people we were with were close friends, but still, not a good look. If you have 2 hours to eat a dinner, definitely your spot. If you want a quick meal, don't bother.

My friend Kim and I decided to come try this place out about two weeks ago. Kim called ahead of time to make a reservation for two of us. Once we arrived, the host was very rude to us. He told Kim that their wait time was over a hour and a half and that we were not even on the list. He was very snappy at her, and asked "Well, who did you speak to? Because you are not on the list and at this point you are going to have to wait longer. I dont know if you can tell but we are very busy" I mean obviously we noticed that, sir. No need to be rude about it. Because of his rude attitude, we just walked out and in my opinion, I probably will not return to try it because of his rude attitude. Is that how you treat new customers?

I have been to the restaurant many times and have enjoyed it! So, I would say 5 stars. The food is excellent and portions are really good. Tonight I decided on using DoorDash and the food was excellent but half the amount you would get if in person. Yeah, pretty skimpy.

Specials on specials, this place has many "happy hour" specials but BAR ONLY so if coming in between the lunch in dinner hours check out the bar area. They even have a few of their own brew houses which is cool only being able to have those beers there. The menu- it can be pretty over whelming being they range from pizzas, tacos, burgers, pastas and pretty much every thing else. First thing is ask your server they always have great recommendations being they've tried many options. I enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms and fried mozzarella appetizers. Pizza was good as well, nothing crazy but was pretty good. The space- ambience is nice, not too loud, it can be for a casual drink and bite or a more a sit down dinner. Place is nice and clean and that includes that bathroom which for some reason many places have lots of struggle with keeping restrooms clean but not this place! Service, everyone seemed nice and friendly and our bar tender her self was very sweet and attentive ( she wore a bandana). Looking for forward to checking it out again

Love the ambience and the food. Meghan took care of us very well. We loved the pizza and shrimp Scampi and all appetizers. We ordered chicken lettuce wrap which was amazing

We have had great experiences ordering delivery from here in the past. As a result, when we were in Crossroads we decided to stop in for lunch. We were seated right away and our waitress took our drink orders. Since we were quite hungry we ordered the loaded nachos. While waiting for the nachos, we looked through their large menu book. They have numerous options to choose from, which is nice when trying to meet preferences of a large group, but I am sure it is difficult on the kitchen. Our nachos arrived (delivered by a different employee) and were missing several ingredients. We were hungry so we started eating them. Our waitress then came by and noticed that the nachos were missing a few things. We did not really mind, but she wanted to make it right so she took the nachos back to the kitchen. They added the ingredients, she brought it back, and we put in our food orders. Their food is okay, nothing outstanding, other than the amazing pizookies. We can never decide on which one to order so we typically order the pizookie trio. Highly recommend finishing your meal by sharing a pizookie. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would eat from here again (likely via carry out or delivery).

The food is okay at best. The service tends to be slow and the waiters forget things all the time. There are too many better places with the same price point than here to rate it any better.

Great avacado rolls. Good beer selection. Lots of vegetarian options. What's not to like?

Love this spot so much! The bar is my go to seating option. They have the friendliest and most willling staff. Dan, the bartender is a personal favourite of mine! The service is quick and will never disappoint. They also have a $5 call list all day, every day! And their food is to die for. 10/10.

The drinks here are made perfectly. The food is impeccable. And the pazookie... y’all. If you havent stopped in yet, change that immediately. The price is a little on the steeper side from your typical brewery for food. But it is so very much worth it.

Went with a friend for lunch. We both had side salad and stuffed baked potato. Delicious and good value. Had to take half of the stuffed potato home for later. The waitress was very nice, patient, and helpful.

Wow, what a menu! One to rival The Cheesecake Factory. But with a higher quality selection of food.

We wanted a place with easy access to watch the Carolina hurricanes versus the caps game last night, and this was a great choice! We had the nachos which was literally like the size of a large pizza. The leftovers we’re also yummy as a midnight snack.

Pleasantly surprised by BJ's! I've never been to a BJ's but my husband used to frequent one all the time when he lived in Dallas. I think where they excel is their extensive beers available on tap! Definitely stands out amongst the sports bar/restaurant American chains.. We got a classic pizza and the spinach stuffed mushrooms. Both were pretty good! Although the classic pizza crust is very reminiscent of...Pizza Hut...in that it's pan baked or whatever so its quite oily on the bottom. Not sure how I feel about paying much more for a Pizza Hut doppelgänger. I wish we got to try the famous pizookie but we were both too full so we'll just have to come back.

Food was not good. For the prices you are paying you expect better. 4 people 72.00. This is the second time visiting first was just as bad. The only good thing is the beer selection. Will not return for a third

This spacious but underwhelming brewpub in Cary's Crossroads shopping center is the perfect place to watch the big game, as long as you don't set your expectations too high. There are huge TVs over the bar and on almost every wall, and on the recent night I visited, they were even nice enough to turn up the sound for Monday Night Football. But the nachos I ordered were terrible, and the Brewhouse Bacon Cheeseburger that followed arrived undercooked and soggy. The beer selection is decent, but most taps are from B.J.'s in-house label. The HopStorm IPA I ordered with my meal was OK, but I would've preferred a wider range of choices from some of Raleigh's great local breweries instead. B.J.'s is a perfectly acceptable sports bar, and service during my visit was terrific -- but its grub could use somewhat of an upgrade.

Food is good but service stinks.we first went to restaurant and ate in. Food was good but server didn’t bring drinks until the food was coming out . Forgot a few things but we were still happy after eating the food. Ordered pick up forgot our fries on all meals and our broccoli side so nobody got sides. I let it go. Ordered again delivery this time a couple months later ...got our meals and no sides when they are all listed on each box again but clearly missing. Called and spoke with manger she told me to order them again pay for them and then she would refund my credit card after I received the Togo order of our sides. I just spent $67 on meals and not one came with a side. So unprofessional and when I said I’m not paying again through the website for food that was supposed to be included in my order (also the only part my son wanted) and I didn’t get. She hung up on me. Kayla I believe was her name. Super rude so this was my last straw with this restaurant.

Rather disappointed. As we were seated the hostess flicked large dried crumbs off the table before we sat down. I checked the table and it did look wiped down, just random food sitting on it. Service was pretty good-our waiter was quick to refill drinks and knew the menu well. We received our food and the bacon was burnt on our son’s burger. That was promptly replaced but our burger-loving, non-picky son said he didn’t really like it because the outside tasted burnt too. He didn’t eat half of it. We got home and I saw that the “well-done” burger I ordered him looked medium rare. Honestly, the kids burger his brother received was MUCH better tasting than the bacon cheeseburger he ordered off the adult menu (I tried both to compare). My ahi salad was just ok. It took a while to get the food but they were busy. The fries were amazing though. Overall, we won’t return because for the price it’s just not worth it. Too bad because we heard such good things about this place. But it seems others like it so maybe it is just inconsistent.

I downloaded yelp just to give this review. The 1-5 score would suggest that BJ's would be working at 20% accuracy and that rating is too high. In a matter of an hour they: -About 75% of what we ordered, they were out of... everything from appetizer samplers to vanilla ice cream on the pizookis. -They were out of much more. -Misrepresented orders. -Lied about their app, which was recommended by the server, who didn't know how to use it. -Brought out food you wouldn't serve to your racist uncle. -The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks that the server admitted looked "weird". -Overcharged our table. -Never removed anything empty (plates or glasses). So we made our own trash table at the empty one behind us. -The manager never came to see us or apologize for any of the inconveniences. -Worst of all they ruined my girls dessert. This is the perfect place to take your mother in law that loves to complain, because you can be sure nothing will be right.

Truly terrible. Will not go there again. They were out of everything we ordered, they talked me into downloading their mobile app and then couldn't get it to work, so I wasn't able to use it. We ordered a pizookie trio, their signature dessert on the front page of their menu and they brought out a different dessert and tried to act like nothing was wrong. Then when we asked for our dessert, they said they were out of vanilla ice cream, but still tried to charge us for the dessert. They did not clear the table. The manager never came over once to apologize. For the amount of money we paid for dinner, I expected way better. Very disappointing.
