This gas station has not been open in two days. Why?I'm adding to this 4 days later. Not open again this morning. Change your hours.

I dropped my wallet earlier today and went to the park with my dog and the employee rea had walked outside and picked up the wallet and held onto it for me for a good long while, and put it up until I got there good people aren’t really like that nowadays that is a rare quality. It is a very good store with very polite people. This is my store for sure.

My husband just went to this gas station today to grab a snack, however, he was told by the worker that he could not enter unless he left his bag at the door, as the employee did not feel “safe”. My husband kindly let her know that it was his medical bag as he is a type 1 diabetic and he does not feel comfortable leaving his bag, FULL OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND INSULIN, at the door. She then refused to serve him and someone else had to step in to help him. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and ignorant on the employees part. They should be more educated on how to correctly handle situations like this. My husband has never once had any issues taking his medical bag into any other kind of facility. If there were no other employees working, he would not have been served at all…God forbid his blood sugar was dropping low and he needed to quickly get something to eat or drink. Then what? Please do better by educating your employees and training them on better customer service.

Circle K leadership finally came through after about two months and compensated me for the damage done to my car. Took a minute but appreciative.

I use Circle K often since it's close to work and home. I find this location to be easily accessible being right off the highway. I visited today for fuel day. I guess it was all hands on deck for the staff here. Today the Circle K staff were Outside greeting and sharing why every customer the rewards cards that take 20 cents off the gas. I appreciate them sharing this information.

Good service, when it is open. All 3 on N. Harrison Ave seem to be having the same issue. You can get gas tho.

No problems with our quick stop. Appeared clean and organized. Ladies' room was neatly attended. Typical convenience store merchandise. "Hiring"sign in front. Plexiglass dividers. Multiple gas pumps.

We stopped by this Circle K convenience store and Shell gas station, on our way back to Chapel Hill from Cary, to fill up. It's about six minutes away from I-40 exit 287 (Harrison Avenue - Cary). This Shell station has eight pumps. At first, I tried to use pump 6, but it wouldn't take my card. I then realized there was a handwritten note on pump 6 that said to pay inside. I walked to pump 8 and noticed pump 8 did not have a sign that said the same, so I used pump 8 instead. I paid at the pump as I normally do with my card. I had no issues except the fuel gloves and paper towels were all out on the side of the station I was on. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I use a paper towel to touch gas pump buttons and handles. It was nice they actually had a box of fuel gloves. Costco is the only other place I've seen them. Too bad they were out of both gloves and paper towels. I filled up for $3.419 per gallon of premium, which was expensive. Using the app GetUpside, I was able to get $0.19 per gallon back. If you've never used the app GetUpside before, try it and use my invite code DANIEL66482 for an additional $0.15 per gallon back on your first use. No gimmicks. The Circle K convenience store is small. The property has an automatic car wash. Around 10:15 PM on a Saturday night, I felt safe enough here.

Employees do not wear masks. Don't feel safe shopping here anymore. Too bad since it's right by my work.

After paying for the car wash was told it is down and could not get a refund because the manager wasn't there and I would have to come back (thanks for putting up a sign to let everyone know). I have been patiently waiting to use the car wash for two weeks, just called up there and the employee says "I don't know I am just covering a shift". No sense of customer service, how about ask someone or take down my number and have a manager call me to let me know the status or offer to refund my money? I have $9 basically stolen by this place. The only reason they get any business is because of location, it is worth it to drive a little farther for a business that cares.

I was having trouble with the pumps, my cards(I tried a couple) would not work at several pumps. I got a message that said see cashier. I went inside and told the associate (Kyara Rodgers) that I was having a problem with my cards at the pumps. She shrugged and said, well no one else is...so pretty much she didn't know what to tell me. She did not offer to try my payment inside or anything. After trying several more times at the pump, I went back inside to ask her to take my payment at the register, the card worked at the register. This was terrible customer service.
