I’ve been using CVS for years, but this is the worst CVS I have ever encountered. Extremely rude and unwilling to even listen or assist due to being too busy. Being busy is no excuse for rudeness. Don’t settle for inadequate service, go to Kildaire Farm location or another location that actually cares about clients.

Lead Pharmacist Anthony is refusing to give basic information over the phone to established patients, and laughing at requests for aforementioned information.He appears to be very confused over the terms of his contract with CVS, I suggest he go through more customer service training as he seems to be under the impression that he’s an independent contractor that does not owe patients basic information. I firmly believe that Anthony here believes that HIPAA protects him more than it protects patients, based on the volume of our phone conversation and the uproar of laughter I heard from him upon asking his last name.

The pharmacy worker there is very rude checking people from top to toe and keep a staring weirdly like something is wrong with customer. I won't refill any prescription there. He was fine with an African-American woman before me but once it was my time he became rude and his smile disappeared. well of course because He himself was African American

I’ve never had a problem with this pharmacy so far. Haven’t had to wait ridiculously long times, just the usual rush hour busyness if i choose to go at that time. I also always check the status or call my refills in before i go so that makes for a much smoother experience. Not 100% employees will give you the most stellar customer service with big smiles and high pitched voices but they’ve always gotten things done for me and no one has been rude so far.

Website says gives hours for new years eve but it's closed. No signs about being closed when you arrive either. Others were also here waiting for their appointment

Worse pharmacy I have ever been to, and that is a difficult title. Never has anything in stock, doesn't communicate with patients at all, rude staff. I had to visit 3 times for them to tell me they did not have my medication and haven't gotten it in months, after being told the day before that it would be there. Says they will send refill requests, they will contact doctor, they will contact Insurance, and then never does. Takes a very "That's your problem" approach to every situation.

Horrible service. I witnessed the pharmacist berate the only other employee working in front of several customers. I also recently called and waited on hold for 20 minutes to only be hung up on after the pharmacist answered.

I was denied the covid 19 vaccine I was told no appointment no vaccine.and I watched other's with no appointment told that they can get the vaccine? The only difference I can see is that they are all women and I'm just some guy in the way

Terrible service. Very poor communication skills. Overall a waste of time and energy. Not to mention the aggravation of being denied service ?I just moved to NC from NJ They promised to fill a medication by a certain time. I went to the location a couple of hours afterwards only to find out that the pharmacist decided based on her own poor knowledge or understanding of pharmacokinetics not to fill it before she called my doctor in NJ. This is all happening on Labor Day weekend. No text message there’s a problem call the pharmacy Come here , inside a Target store , to argue and try to reason with someone stubborn and with poor communication skills. Only to be denied service. I seriously considered taking my Rx to Walgreens but that would take too much of my time I just transferred to another CVS location. The pharmacist there was informed knowledgeable and reasonable. CVS has all my scripts’ records for the past two years. He could see that I have taken those two specific meds in 2020 without any complications. And yes there is a six month gap this year February-August but only because my insurance would not pay And it’s too expensive. But NO my genetic make up hasn’t changed in the past six monthsIf I could tolerate both meds last year without adverse interactions I should be able to tolerate both meds in the future as wellAn hour later I got a text notification my Rx is ready for pick up from the new location. ?Professional,expedient and courteous.However this is the reason why I am ordering most of my fifteen RX’s through Express scripts. CVS is only for what cannot go in the mail and urgent meds. And definitely to the new location.New insurance in NC. I have options now. ?
