The blonde girl is very lazy. And has horrible customer service. I want my money back, they had online they had the order in stock but no they did not. I was supposed to receive 25 dollars refunded but I did not. I didn’t even get the free gift that was supposed to come with my order. Her excuse was it was going to take 12 hours to cut a damn pineapple up and dip it in chocolate. Frozen it for an hour. I spent 56 dollars and only received 6 strawberries.

What my daughter received was nothing like what I ordered. I reached out through the website and was informed I would get a call back from the store. After two weeks I finally reached out to them. The associate I spoke to made no effort to solve the problem. She just explained they did dipped strawberries. If that was what I wanted then that was what I would have ordered. Will not use this location again.

WOW!! called the store and spoke with Chloe, she was amazing. My order was placed fast and delivered same day just hours later. the delivery driver , i believe his name was john was awesome too. i wasn’t home to receive the order but i was on my way , about 5 minutes out and he waited for me to get home to make sure i received the arrangement. the fruit was amazing. i’m overall very pleased with my experience from customer service to delivery. will definitely be ordering here again !! Thanks guys!!

This location has horrible customer service. I was charged for same day delivery and the order was delivered a day late. It happens, right… no big deal. Except when I called the store, they refuse to refund the same day delivery fee. After escalating to corporate customer service and a dozen calls over 2 months, the store manage finally calls back offering a free delivery credit because it was past 30 days. Seems like a tactic to me, to stall the refund request past 30 days, followed by “I’m sorry we can’t issue refunds past 30 days.” I’m a pretty civil and understanding person, I don’t make a big deal out of much, unless I’m representing a client (I’m also an attorney). But accountability and fairness are things I do not comprising nor excuse. I have one more call to corporate in me. From there it’s small claims court.

I received an email stating free next day delivery so I ordered my father an edible arrangement. My initial charged showed free delivery BUT the next day I had an additional charge to my account for $16 stating this was a delivery fee. The manager from this location called me and stated it sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the charge to come through for extended delivery. I explained repeatedly that my email I received said free next day delivery and it wasn’t right I got a charge the next day for this. She proceeded to tell me that it was an extended delivery fee and then proceeded to put me on hold and then hang up on me. This is not good business and I will NOT be doing doing with them again since Edible Arrangement finds it is acceptable to advertise one thing and then add additional charges the next day without any notice to their customers.

I have ordered numerous edible arrangements from this store, but unfortunately, I will never patronize this business again because of their store associate, Chloe, aka "Karen."I placed an order for an edible arrangement to be picked up on Mother's Day. My husband drove 45 minutes from Clayton to this Edible Arrangement location only to be greeted with a horrible attitude. They first give my husband the wrong order, when my husband went back in to inform them, he was given the wrong order, they insisted this was the right order. I had to call the store myself for them to finally give my husband the correct order. When my husband arrived with the arrangement, it was disgusting. Please refer to the pictures. I contacted the store right away. Again, a rude associate answered, and I explained my situation and that I was willing to send pictures and that if she would just give me store credit, that would be sufficient to save me another 45-minute ride. She rudely told me that I had to bring the arrangement back and it had to be uneaten. As if I was desperate enough to eat an overly ripped, nearly rotten arrangement.Nevertheless, my mother and I drove another 45 minutes to the store. I explained my situation again to the same rude, silver-dyed hair "Karen" and asked if she could replace the arrangement with fresh fruit. She told me it would be a 45-minute to an hour wait. I explained to her that I could not wait because it was Mother's Day and I had already wasted time with this issue. I asked for a refund. She insisted that it was non-refundable. I asked for store credit, she told me that I would have to come back on Wednesday for store credit because "Monday and Tuesday are still considered a holiday." By the way, I asked for a manager and/or owner, Chloe aka "Karen's" replied, "She had to leave for the day due to a family emergency." Then she rudely asked me to step to the side so she could take care of other customers. As things started to get heated with arguing, a nice Asian man, John, came from the back and asked if he and I could speak outside. He apologized for all the commotion and told me he would have a fresh arrangement for me in 30 minutes. I agreed to come back and proceeded into the store to get my mom so we could leave. As we began to leave, Chloe, aka "Karen," sarcastically waved and said, "byeeee," which at that point, I went off on her and told her how immature and stupid she was. So, Chloe, aka, "Karen" did what Karens do to blacks, she called the police. A few minutes later the Cary police arrived, and my mother and I were able to explain the situation to him. The police replied, "We received a call that you tried to spit on her." Typical "Karen" to tell a lie to weaponize the police because I'm black and she thought it was going to turn ugly. Anyway, after we finished laughing and chatting with the police officer, the manager, John came out and apologized again to my mom and I. The police explained I wanted a refund and John asked if I could come back the next day to receive a refund. After we finished enjoying our friendly conversation with the Cary police, we left.The next day, I went back to the store and thanks to Christian and John for issuing my refund and they both apologized, again, for the commotion. John even gave my mother a "Mother's Day" balloon for our troubles.Again, thank you to John and Christian for your kindness in making things right. I advise you to find another associate to replace Chloe, aka "Karen," because she just lost you my business.

Incredibly disappointed with Edible Arrangements. I wish 0/5 stars was an option. My husband ordered $146 order for Valentine’s, they ran his card & he was going to Pick Up later that same day, they later called him saying they sold out of the product & would give him a smaller arrangement instead. He opted out to Pick Up a later date to get what he originally ordered. How could you sell something you don’t even have? Completely ridiculous & unprofessional. The card was refunded & the later date order was set to be picked up at 1:30pm, due to a last minute work issue, we arrived at 5:05pm, their website and Google says they close at 6pm so we saw no issue with this. They were closed, lights off, no one inside, no customer service available for us to reach by phone or email. I could maybe understand if we arrived closer to 6, but this is inexcusable. He didn’t even receive a call earlier on in the day since the 1:30 pick up was delayed.This entire experience is upsetting & not that they will lose any significant amount of business but I will 100% let anyone I know to stay away from ever using Edible Arrangements.

Placed an order for my dads bday and wanted to check on the time it might be delivered. I am out of the country and had recently spoken with him and found out he would not be home at a certain time. I didn’t want someone to deliver the order and him not be there(this was a surprise). I called and informed the woman that I wanted to know what time she thought the order would go out and if it couldn’t be delivered before or after a certain time then I wanted to see if it could be done tomorrow..she said well we have 200 order’s tomorrow so no and said hold on..came back told me that it will go out in an hour or two and as I started saying I just wanted to make sure because he wasn’t going to be home during a certain time frame she interrupted me at the “I just wanted” and said is that all and hung up before I even answered. I was trying to prevent their delivery driver from making an unnecessary delivery to someone who isn’t home and even if they couldn’t make the delivery tomorrow which is fine see if it could be done another day.. I understand it’s a busy time she didn’t even ask if another day of the week might be better. I don’t write reviews but I was just in complete shock. I understand being busy, overwhelmed, all of it..I’ve worked in customer service and as a server..I get it, but she didn’t even let me speak and now her delivery driver might be taking time out of his schedule to deliver something that is undeliverable. And again..I’m not in the country and this is a surprise, so me calling was because I am not reachable via a us phone number and was trying to avoid any mishaps.Update: the order was delivered while he was home

Terrible experience. Extra was paid for 2/14 delivery and it was not delivered. Manager assured me it would be delivered the next day before 5pm. It was not. Manager now hangs up on me when I call for assistance. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Received an email during my bday month for 12 dipped fruits. When I'm came in to redeem, the lady said I couldn't because I had to make a purchase of $29.99. I told her my email didn't say that. She said it doesn't but that's what it means. I asked her where it said that and she showed me a piece of paper from corporate stating you had to make a previous purchase of $29.99 to claim. We pulled up my account and I had spent $41+. She told me I couldn't claim once again because I had to have spent that amount 3 times! I asked her again where did it say that. For another reward it said that but not for the bday reward. I told her that and she asked me what 6 count did I want. I told her I get 12 according to my email. She claimed they were busy because Valentine's Day was coming and I couldn't get 12. Not my problem. She made rude comments towards me and flung my box at me. Didn't allow me to pick the 12 I wanted. We had an exchange of words. Will not be returning to this store. EVER.

My birthday item was amazing. But the interaction with the store manager was not the best. She tries require me to purchase an item of $29.95, which she stated was a new policy. I called corporate that same day, and that’s not what they validated. I’m not a happy camper with that interaction.
