This store has went down big time and it is disgusting,,especially when you have been a member for years, and the staff will not take the time out to help you years ago they have helped me and that's why I stopped going, and took my business else where and also they did my 67,year old mom the same way

The cashier signed me up for some VIP backstage pass without telling me what it was and that it will charge my credit card. Someone very shady working there since I'm not the only one with this complaint. I used to love this place but I'm definitely not going back.

Did a return on January 4th of this month and haven’t gotten my money back yet. Can’t get a human in customer service so I’m forced to work with store manager who can’t do but so much. I will NEVER shop at FYE again after this. I always have problems. It’s ridiculous

Its a decent store but kind of small. Doesnt have as large of a selection of titles as the store at Triangle Towne Center. But does have a friendly and helpful staff.
