Our approach to wellness is personalized and holistic, treating and nurturing mind, body, and spirit for our clients from age seventeen through the senior years. Our practice model integrates the evidence-based Western clinical model with time-honored integrative practices including meditation. Our collaborative team of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists includes counselors with EMDR, Yoga for Mental Health, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy Certifications.
