Treating customers like shoplifters . . .The store attendant's behaviour was unacceptable and bordering on strange. She followed me around within three feet the entire time, asking for items as I picked them up so she could place them at the cash register. I've never had this happen before and thankfully never will again.Happy to buy exclusively online from a different vendor - the selection is better anyway.

I was given cheaper clippers at 2058 kildarefarm road Cary nc.I was charged more money for the clippers I wanted. .i was given cheaper clippers.I went in the next day to exchange clippers just to have an older employee with white hair call me a lier and tell me I did not purchase the clippers.....I had a reciet. The staff is unprofessional uneducated with no customer service skills. I had to raise my voice getting my blood pressure really high. FIRE HER!

I asked for Wahl cordless designer.the girl rung it up I went home..the next day I realized me the wrong clippers and charge me for the more expensive clippers. I went back the next morning and was treated like a thief. Because she rung up the wrong box they said those clippers were not the ones I bought. They did nothing to rectify the problem until I got mad started yelling in my blood pressure went up. They called the girl at home and found out it was her mistake after I was treated like s***. I was called a lier and treated badly .... Horrible customer service

I love this store! Michelle and Katya are so kind and helpful! Every time I go in asking for help they are so patient and explain things in great detail!

I am done shopping at this place. Been going here for at least 10 years. They always have new staff. And they are always nasty. Not sure if it’s racial or not but it sure feels like it. As it’s happened numerous times before. I am done and will report to headquarters as I have done in the past . Woman sat on her cell, personal call, and told me to wait when I asked for assistance. And she proceeded to chat away. I left and will never go back.

7:45 pm June 17, 2022. I came in here for a last-minute leave-in conditioner. I will have to say this was a bad choice on my part.I was the only customer in the store. This gave the employee enough time to acknowledge me.I don't know if this was Black-on-Black Racism or what. I walked in almost every aisle. Seen by the customer service person. Seen on more than one occasion looking for products. Not once was there a greeting or an offer for assistance.As soon as someone else (non-black) entered the door acknowledgment was given. This is the sad reality of my experience here.I walked out empty-handed. I refuse to spend my money at establishments that can't even be courteous and acknowledge customers who would like to spend money.

love the staff here, everyone is so friendly! especially crystal and alyssa, yesterday i came in with red and blue hair and they helped me pick a dark brown that fully covered it, didnt turn green and looks AMAZING!! thank you guys so much for your help :)

Came to this Sally’s to grab a few products. I noticed when I first came in an employee was assisting another customer, I knew what I needed to purchase but could have used a little help picking out which brands and whatnot. The employee mentioned proceeded to walk by us multiple times and not ask if we needed any help, it felt more or less like we were being followed around the store. When I approached the register to buy the products I picked out, I greeted this employee and asked how her day was, she was older white woman with blondish hair, she responded with “phone number?”. I immediately could tell she was somewhat hostile. I then figured it’s best if I remain quiet and purchase my items quickly, as we did not feel welcome or helped at all. I wanted to purchase a bag for my products but she didn’t even offer, simply handed me my receipt without another word. Given she had no problem helping and holding conversation with another customer, it only leads me to believe she had some kind of issue with me and my boyfriend (who is african american.) I hate to say it or assume, but it genuinely felt racially motivated. I typically come to this location and have always had good experiences, it’s even close to my home. At this point i’d rather drive the extra distance than come to this store. I do not recommend.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because I have previously had good experiences at this store. They have a decent selection of products. Unfortunately, my recent experience has soured my perception. I arrived at 7:27pm to grab a quick product on my way home from work. Before arriving I double checked the close time. Upon arriving I discovered the door was locked. I checked the sign on the door and it still listed 8pm. The employee inside made eye contact with me and then proceeded to ignore me entirely as she continued packing up her stuff and then headed to the back. I double checked for any signs about changes in close times, perhaps due to COVID but foubd nothing. I went back to my car to search for another location that may have the product I was looking for. Shortly afterwards, two employees exited the store and quickly entered their cars and left. I was extremely disappointed, not in the fact the store was closed early, but more in the complete lack of courtesy from the employee. She refused to even look at me again or offer a quick explanation for the early close, which I think is very rude considering there is no sign posted anywhere. Regardless, I will do my best to avoid this location in future.

Dear Supervisor /CorporateI came in a couple of nights ago to look at some nail polishes and there was a very nice young lady named Kelsey I believe who was helping me and had asked another employee of yours near the registers a question. I was taken aback by how the employee near the register spoke to her. She was very rude and seemed to speak as if she enjoyed disrespecting her. I felt so bad for her when she came back to check on me I told her how sorry I was she had to work with someone so rude and what she said next broke my heart she told me it’s ok it’s my job as she had a tear rolling down her face. I am not sure if that was the manager or another employee but I am saddened for all of your employees to have to work with such a rude person and maybe more training is needed but you have one very sour apple and I hope it doesn’t poison the rest.

Staff was helpful and friendly, I never felt rushed even though they were busy. All the supplies I needed were available, along with a few products I hadn’t seen before that I decided to get for after care. Will definitely go back.

Brought a item that was damaged and when I returned the item it was a hassle. one of the sales lady was very rude and very unprofessional. Never got a credit. Was told to come back another day.

Staff is always super nice! I've been in a couple times for hair dye and the first time they actually walked me through the whole process.
