Haven't gone to the store yet today but after reading the reviews, I am not looking forward to it. The reason I am writing this review now is because according to Sprint I am supposed to be able to make an appointment online. I went to the site I was instructed to go to and clicked on the store of my choice like instructed to do and them I am supposed to be able to click on "make an appointment" under my store of choice. NOT THERE. So I'll have to walk in cold and see how long of a wait there is. They open at eleven and I'll be there when they open. We'll see what happens.

I was greeted right away by a friendly representative named Lianna. She was very helpful, and super nice while she helped me. I always have great service at this store! I highly recommend this location.

Customer Service representatives were very disrespectful. Manipulated me into buying new phone contract. Told me it was the best was to lower my bill when the return fee for my old phone was more expensive than the price to just buy the phone. They tried to rush me out of the store. Very very disrespectful.

This place went down hill! The rep We had lied about the price of the phone, had my daughter in tears. The manager said we misunderstood but infact the rep made a mistake. All he had to do was admit he made a mistake! We left the store with nothing Becuase of bad service.

Went to the Sprint Store because there was an advertisement saying Sprint will repair cracked Samsung phones from any carrier for $50. I was pretty excited as my son dropped my phone a couple of months ago, so I can repair this and give it to my uncle as his first real smartphone.

I stopped at this corporate store around 5 20pm to drop off a magic box. I waited about 30 minutes finally a African american young lady with braids approached me. She asked how can i help you and i told her I needed to drop off my magic box she said ok and walked away aesy. Never came back then another associate came around 15 minutes later to tell me they no longer do return in the store. Why couldn't she had told me that from the beginning? And this is a corporate store? Re train your people please!!!

This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten out of any Sprint store in my life. By sales associate, Lemar. Will not be returning. Sold me a phone, walked off, gave no instructions on how to use it. People warned me Sprint customer service was horrendous, but even I was surprised.

Employees lied about pricing, bill was double what was expected with tons of hidden fees. Service is subpar. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

This is corporate store. Meaning that you can sort almost any problems in there. I just replaced my screen on my Samsung note9. 45 min. VERY happy.

Greeted by manager, told a rep would be with us soon. Watched the manager and others sit around, take out boxes, play on phone instead of helping move customers. Left. T-mobile is buying sprint, should probably just switch now.

Was pretty bad. The store clerk assisting me walked away to take a personal call and was constantly texting on his Apple Watch while helping me. He also added services to my account that I didn’t ask for that I later had to call sprint about to cancel. Store just felt dirty as well

If you looking for the best customer service EVER, go see Alan Jones at the Sprint store on 2226 Walnut Street in Cary, NC. I came in with a cracked screen and he was wonderful to work with. He went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me! Kristin was also awesome! :)

This store needs new management, their employees are under trained and lack professionalism. This is my second visit to this store and on both occasions they just don't seam to value customers. Hello, we're the reason you have a job! Anyway, they did not resolve my issues, which was getting a new phone for my wife. They were completely wrong, but since that was the last day of the deal I'm (sol). Great customer service haha. Well I hope a area manager pays attention and follows up!!! I'll start looking for the next company that wants our $400+ a month payment. I would not recommend using this location. Save yourself the headache.

Have been sprint customer for the last 3 years and did everything online. However, I had to go to this store for the first time since my phone has an issue with display brightness. First of all they didn't agree on the issue and they said it is not logical ! Then they said ok we'll replace the phone just this time (you HAVE to replace a million times if the phone you give me has issue). After 50 minutes in the store they've said we don't have the phone with similar capacity and we are not able to order it for you. Anyways, I called the customer service and they are going to send me the replacement no question asked.

Went in for a new phone. The associate bumped me ahead of another customer accidentally. The hispanic family that was accidentally â€œcut in lineâ€ began speaking g about me in rude and degrading ways in Spanish. I understood every word said. I stood up for myself to these three men and they stood up, towered over me and then followed me to the other side of the store. A mother’s in store became alarmed as well and shielded her young child. It was intimidating and scary to say the least. The store manager (also a hispanic man and clearly siding with these men) told me they are his customers and he will not ask them to leave. The three men continued to yell and say insulting things. I informed him that men shouldn’t be treating women this way. He said â€œthere is nothing I can do they are my customerâ€. So I ended up just leaving and reporting this. Unbelievable.

Got to the store 10 minutes prior to it closing ready to make a purchase today and was informed by staff that they were closed. All I wanted was a smart watch. But, since I could not get one I will just repair my old one. #missed sale

Horrible 19 years at sprint and doesnt matter. Schedule appointments moved stuff around to make it. After 40 mins was still in 5 people deep in wait list. When I asked about it got rude very rude answer.

Came in this store in a frenzy cuz my phone glitched. Brian G. Smith came to the rescue! Ordered me a new phone, prepped to get me a loaner if needed and offered the best customer experience as if he was the creator of Sprint himself! Caitlin and Nasir also blessed me with their kindness and professionalism by answering all of my questions and keeping me calm while Brian did his magic. Will definitely be back for all of my Sprint needs! Plus it was Christmas in July and we got free Sprint gear!!

Awful. Just awful. Being nice is overrated. Need these people to also be better at their jobs. Sold me broken equipment, lied about or got wrong the data caps on the plans, provided broken equipment which they couldn't swap out - forcing me to mail it away for a replacement - and the whole thing took 8 hours, two trips, and an entire wasted day.

Me and my husband went to the sprint store day. A guy name Dewayne helped us today. My husband was wanting to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S10. My husband asked Dewayne if the phone came with a build in screen protector he said no. So we bought a $30 screen protector. When we get home and look in the box the phone comes in we find insert from Samsung that says " This device is package with a screen protector. So Dewayne lied to our face just to get a sale. Also we told him we did not want the phone insurance that sprint offers. He and two other workers try to talk into buying it. I will not shop at this sprint store again. They are not honest and they are pushy. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Buyer Beware.
