I hate to admit it, but never liked coming to this store as it was always for my wife's shopping. Today, I brought my ķindle, found a "man chair" as I like to call the seeming randomly placed chairs, where 9 out of 10 times a husband/boyfriend will usually be found. My wife did her shopping as I realized it may be the last time I'm ever in the store, since it is now in bankruptcy.

Wheelchair accessible *(only a few aisles are difficult to manuever with a wheelchair.) Staff was amazing and super friendly. They were helpful, greeted us, offered us assistance. This was our first experience with a Stein Mart. We bought a few unplanned purchases and will def be back. They had a lot of clearance under $5 but great quality. Wkll definitely watch for sales too.

I was super disappointed because Saturday night I had ordered a comforter and Sunday morning I decided that I wanted to change my order I called their customer service and the guy said that I couldn't exchange it but I can get my money back so I said fine let's do that and I'll just order the one I want separately after a few minutes he had done a little research I guess and said that it was already being processed because it came it was coming straight from the factory and there was nothing he could do for me this wasn't even 24 hours later I had also written a note to them they had a place where you could write something to them I am saying what I want it in exchange for what I had the price was comparable everything was good to go but nobody got back to me on that as well so now four days later they sent me a thing saying that my order was being sent and it was the comforter that I didn't want they are sending it for days later so I'm guessing that that wasn't necessarily true what was with that guy was telling me on Sunday morning about it already being processedAnyway I'm pretty upset about this I expected more from this company now they put me into a situation with the coronavirus and that I would have to actually go to the store when the store reopens hoping that it's within the 90 days the hassle of it and the stress of it all is wasn't worth the convenience that I thought that I was gettin
