After getting a disappointing service at Beaver Creek branch, I decided to go to this branch and I am so glad I did. Chadwick clarified all our questions in a professional manner and solved our bank related matters. I can strongly advise his service. As I financial advisor myself I can confirm how nicely he explains complex matters. Wells Fargo should be thankful to have him as an employee. Thanks Chadwick!

The tellers there were very kind, and the nice lady who helped me did so while giving me the information that I needed. Jessica F. and I chatted for most of my visit, instead of us sitting in awkward silence. Also, Anne was very nice!There was also lollipops! Overall, I had a great experience

I can not speak highly enough about Chadwick. We came in to get information about used car loans and found out Wells Fargo doesn't do them through the actual bank but through the dealer. He instead educated us honestly on the used car market and how to get the best deal. I highly recommend Chadwick to anyone.

Lunch time for this Branch Manager is 11.40 AM. They need appointment even though there is No one in the Branch waiting. They will not open a new account for the existing customer (over 20 years) also.

We have been taking out deposits to this branch since we reopened (NC Quick Pass) store and Aaron is always great the at the drive up , she is a great person to represent you.

Went to the branch last Friday morning to apply for the Amex Propel card after hearing rumors of it being discontinued. Met with a banker named Paula. She was great, kind and chill and positive. I told her I was nervous about applying online since I had no idea how the app process would be and I would probably be denied. She understood and she said no worries. Now she did confirm that the propel card is getting discontinued but the benefits will stay grandfathered in as long as I’m a cardholder. We went ahead and I gave her the basic info that’s required. I expected the approval to happen instantly in the branch since I went in the morning hours but that didn’t happen. No big deal though. She said the approval could take 1-2 business days. But the next day I saw that I was approved for $4K. Not a good starting limit but it’s something at least ?♂️. Overall I had a positive experience. Will definitely work with her again in the future for my needs at this branch

Called to make an appointment for home lone. They redirected all the time where nobody answer the phone. You can’t even leave message. Very much inefficient.

I just came from my visit. Very upsetting. I made an appointment to write a check a week ago. The banker mis-instructed me and so the check went back to me affecting my credibility. Today I went and talked with a manager he just printed me another check without being even apologetic raising his voice that it is a check (implying that you should know how to do it). I ask Wells Fargo to review the customer service here at this branch asap.

I have all these people doing online things and I have money in savings and you charge me $35 for each team action! I Have a lot of money in savings and you used to take it from there. I see why you stopped that. Because you make money! So I just think there are so many other online banking options....Aspiration who give you the same.... savings and working checking. You have to move money from savings but you get 1% rate in the savings and it’s so easy to move to your atm account— so I’m working on changing to a couple different of these. And. .... big and.... you go to Aspiration, any ATM you use is free and they give back to environment. So they’re so far, two years in, has been good! Just wells keeps making it harder for me to access my account to transfer money. So I have to call, make an appointment. If work interferes, have to cancel bc ...sorry banker, my work comes first over your appoint,ent during these times. Have a verbal password and can verify and they refuse to help me online. This feels like I’m being punished.
