The staff here are absolutely amazing! I unfortunately got my unit broken into and Ruth and Shelia were ON IT! Shelia came with me to the unit to see what was taken/damaged and instructed me on how to take pictures for the insurance company. And then Ruth worked for about an hr looking thru all camera footage to show my stuff being taken and found out who took it! Even as I'm leaving, she's still working to try to save the footage and save it to a thumb drive. They worked with the police also to get a report done for me. Much much love to these ladies!

The staff at American Store & Lock are wonderful. I was a customer for many years and they always took care of me. When it was time for me to move I utilized their moving supplies, U-haul trucks, and extra units. Everything was seamless!

A month ago I would say it was a good place. But not now. I got a text saying that i pressed the gate app like 30 times in ten min. I apologize my Pocket book I placed on top of my phone while app was open. On that Saturday i was texted again that I had did it again and I messed up the gate and it would cost them 3,000 dollars to fix the gate so their for I had 3 days to leave and take my stuff with me. I then became sick and went to hospital for a week. I called to tell Ruth and she said Angie we don't care about u and you have had over a week to get your stuff out and so tomorrow we r locking u out at 6pm. I called the main boss and got no response. Then I was able to get a truck on Friday 3/5 and so I called and asked if I could get access to my stuff and Ruth said yes when I pay my bill. I just received a certified letter in mail saying I had till 3/30 to get my stuff out. This is unbelievable. Not happy at all. I talked to an lady at another location and. She said she has no clue what they r talking about with the gate and that i didn't mess up. Why is s Ruth treating me this way I have no idea.

This storage facility has the best customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers. Its always nice to see smiling faces from people who like what they do. I would definitely send referrals to this storage company. Great prices and great service always.

I have a storage unit on North Wendover me and my husband was there early in the morning waiting for somebody to come to bring us some stuff bring us some more of our stuff and the manager comes in and swears up and down that we were sleeping in there we fell asleep waiting on our people then she tells us that we have until Saturday at 6 to get our stuff out with no refund didn't want to listen what we had to say because she seen us with our eyes closed laying down on the fold-down couch noun not too many people going to be too quick to look at the leaves read paper read all that paperwork I wasn't too quick to do it because and just know I had to put my stuff in there and that's where my stuff wasn't being around my stuff that's what I wanted to do it around my stuff except for not sleep in there I don't have nowhere to go anyways I still wouldn't sleep in there or stay in there that's how you wanted to put it

poor customer service. And no, i do have the right place. They wouldn't take my payment, and had to figure out another plan. They should have clarified what they would and wouldnt take as a payment

Customer service was excellent. Treated with respect, concern and regard. Affordable and clean units. No complaints. Already referred them and I just walked out of the building and I’m typing this in the parking lot...????

Rented a storage unit for a few months. Had wonderful service from Sheila and especially Ruth. They were very helpful, even got a discount for the first 4 months. Very convenient and easy to use.
