Staff is rude, did not know they were not open on this Monday Jan 20th. I understand if they are closed but staff showed up and was rude and nasty because 2 people pulled up waiting for them to open. The store hours on the door say Monday. It happened to be a holiday but they could have kindly said we were closed. They said rude and nasty comments towards me and the other woman who pulled up.

This was the last time that I donated my item to this location, one of the guys an old one very nasty and rude giving orders inside not sure if supervisor or something else, it was amazing store just for this that ruined everything. And the worst part is that supposedly the revenue is for support people to get jobs and community when me myself I am going to goodwill for necessity, just imagine been in a hard situation but still helping and then being treated unfairly.

Was donating some items today. I had 5 big boxes full of stuff. A guy came out to grab the stuff from my car . He did not acknowledge me or say anything to me. I started to hand him the big boxes.
He then made a statement " Dang. You could of helped me bring in the boxes. I don't bite."
First of all, I'm a petite female. Common courtesy, from a man, is for you to help me carry these big boxes.
And second, isn't it your job to bring the items in.? Why are you making the customer bring it in

so I walked in this goodwill and checked out the the TVs and they were priced 100$, 120$,and a Roku was 79.99..i think that was the price when they came out years ago...I have to go to Pineville to get the same TVs for 20$. This goodwill has been priced gouging for a long time. Please explain to me how is that possible. I mean we can't even shop here at our goodwill instead we've got to drive all the way to Pineville.

The brother in the back are lazy. Every time i bring a donation they attempt to turn it away and refer me to another good will center. Isnt it donations that keep the lights on?

The gentleman with the funky eyebrows and Billie Eilish hair is adorable! He was super helpful as some of you may know Goodwill does not give plastic bags. He helped me carry my large purchase to my car, and just overall great service! I appreciated the genuine kindness because I know he did not have to do that.

Sadly, Malcom, the Store Manager, decided that getting things out to the front was more important than helping his employees with the busy rush that was happening, with the line backed up behind this photo the the bathroom. This manager should be ashamed of themselves and GoodWill needs to do better. Finally another FEMALE came in and helped out- must only let women work the front.
