My child started around 9 months and now almost 2. We really love it here. With this being our first child, the school was quick to realize that she wasn't responding to certain sounds like she was supposed to. We were able to get her ears checked and got tubes put in her ears. She is always happy to go to school every morning! The teachers follow a really good curriculum, even for the smaller kids.

My son started at Primrose at 4.5 months old. We’re first time parents and Ms. Beatty and Ms. Hartley have been AMAZING at helping us all through the transition. Any staff we’ve interacted with have been pleasant. Primrose takes illness or potential illness seriously and contacts us promptly when we need to come get him. He’s in great hands at Primrose which gives us peace of mind.

My 2 yr old loves going to school here. The teachers are amazing and the director plus the staff are great! They have so many activities for the kids and parents to participate in. We definitely made the best choice sending our child here.

One of the best preschools i n Charlotte! We have had nothing but the best experiences with both our kids here. Engaged and caring teachers and caregivers all around. The school and surrounding area is kept clean always, they do a great job prepping your kids for Kindergarten and beyond.

My son joined Primrose School of Lake Wylie when he was 7 months old and in the middle of a pandemic. The teachers and staff are not only well-trained but also very warm. The teachers ensure that they maintain a good line of communication with the parents whether through the timely updates/photographs provided via the app throughout the day or in person interactions. Not only was my son well cared for, he thrived intellectually and socially and was kept engaged through curriculum-based activities and school events. The facility is large with a lot of secure outdoor space, extremely clean, and well maintained. I'm truly grateful to the staff for going above and beyond to put in place and adhere to COVID protocols to keep the kids healthy and safe.

My daughter has been at Primrose Lake Wylie since Summer 2018. She started in Young Toddler Room and will be transition to "Early Preschool" in 2 weeks. Prior to Primrose, we had been at 3 other schools within an 8 month period- so we have had a wide range of experience and Primrose Lake Wylie is BY FAR AND ABOVE exceeding every hope we could ask for. The BEST reason is the staff: they are all passionate, kind, and the biggest surprise when compared to past experience is there is NO TURNOVER! The owners are there almost daily and so involved, the Director and Assistant Director are great, and the teachers are consistent, happy, and engaged- which means the children are as well. I have NEVER heard echoing screams or cries down the hallways of unhappy/unattended children. The school is constantly hosting events to involve parents (end of summer cookout, Easter egg hunts, parades, and more). And they have gotten REALLY active about posting a LOT of videos and pictures throughout each day- every parents favorite. Lastly, the school and grounds are so clean and well kept. I don't have a single complaint about Primrose Lake Wylie and always HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in my parent circle!

My now two-year-old has gone here since he was an infant and we have loved having him there. You really get the sense that the teachers and staff really care about him and all the children and it just has a great "family" vibe. We love Primrose Lake Wylie!

This a wonderful school with great staff that truly cares for the children. Our son has flourished there and we couldn't say enough good things about it because it wouldn't measure up to the outstanding care my child gets. We absolutely love this school!

Mediocre at best for a premium price. Lied to about their consideration of cloth diapers. Daily reports obviously inaccurate. Zero notice of when our child would change classrooms. Glazed donuts for breakfast in the 12 month old classroom. We can only imagine what else they are hiding. Management doesn't seem to care when confronted either...
