Jasmine at the Carmel Branch was great to work with. I went in for a walk in, no appointment, and she was very helpful and patient with me. This is a great branch to go to if you're near! Not many people know about this branch so usually can get in and out relatively quickly.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hello Branch Manager Jasmine. Your team, Alexandra and Myiah assisted me with a 1st time transaction I would have never been able to complete myself. They both were so helpful and Alexandra showed extreme patience while I placed a 3rd party call to another financial institution. I would've been lost. Thank you for having such an awesome team. I love Sharonview Federal Credit Union.Myiah was so helpful to me. She printed out a mini- statement for me. In addition, she faxed it three times within a 24 hours period as it was not submitted the first two times. She followed up with me the entire time to let me know when the fax was submitted. Myiah expeditiously took charge of my request. This is the kind of employee you want working for you in a bank.

I can not say enough about Myiah Draper at the Carmel Branch of Sharonview. She repeatedly has gone far above helpfulness. Going through financial distress is hard enough but she has been a reassuring and diligent person to help resolve so many issues. Can not thank her enough. This women deserves a raise or promotion!!!?

Always worth going in person when the problem needs to get solved. We spent two months calling customer service and had terrible results with no resolution. Two hours emailing with Torrion after visiting the branch and he had everything fixed! Great working with Torrion!
