I highly recommend the store! I showed up about 25 minutes after they had closed not realizing they were closed and an employee met me at the door and told me they were closed, but then proceeded to take my return. I didn’t even have to ask. They are super polite, kind and I will definitely return.

UPS for the win! Our school was in a huge bind with a shipping delay from a different vendor and in a big time crunch to get stickers printed, and this location was so helpful, and worked quickly to get us what we needed. And our stickers are beautiful! Thank you UPS! We’ll be back next time with whatever we need :)

This UPS store has been so great to work with. They help out the local elementary school and have been so fast and efficient whenever we need anything. I will use them for all my printing and shipping needs.

I had a great experience getting some color copies made at The UPS Store today. The employee, T, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed a bunch of documents printed for a presentation, and they helped me figure out the best paper and formatting options.

I must have come in on the wrong day, because my experience is different than others. The young sales associate with glasses who helped me never talked to me. He stared at me to let me know he I could come to the desk. I asked a question and he nodded. He just handed me a piece of paper confirming receipt of AT&T Air modem I returned.
I noticed the person behind me, who was not my color, was greeted by this same associate with “Hi, how are you doing” and a smile.
There was another gentleman who was helping the sales associate, so, it wasn’t like no other associate could see how I was being treated.
I’m sure the owner is going to blow me off or deny what happened.
Ultimately the only color that should matter is green-cash.
Fortunately there are other places that will provide good customer service that I can go to in the future.

I had gone to this store, and I didn't know exactly what to do. So, this wonderful gentleman guided me as to which store to pick on the phone. Thank you young man for being so kind.

Beware of this store and their prices! They try making their money on non-shipping items — they tried charging me $15 for a box that was just 12x6x3!!! This box just needed to contain a scarf and gloves! I was not shipping anything heavy or large.
Be aware that each UPS store is a franchise and can set their own prices. This location clearly jacks up prices on items where they can. Do not come here unless you have a pre packed item.

Ignore the low reviews from people complaining about prices. Profit isn’t just a random markup by greedy people. It is the incentive to bring a product or service to market and includes the costs and risks incurred. Always quick and courteous service. Try getting that from the Post Office!
