I'm actually a mail carrier in South Carolina currently about to relocate to the area and these reviews are troublesome wasn't gonna pick this office as my first choice but I see my services are needed here to everyone reading these comments hopefully I can get in here and help turn these bad reviews to the greatest reviews possible on behalf of the USPS I'm apologizing for the bad experiences you guys have been thru and hope to see you all very soon

Mrs Debb is the sweetest person I know, and hard working too. I realized that it's the higher ups in USPS that makes this place bad. The door to get in after hours code hasn't been working for months so I can check my box, this is ridiculous. This 5 stars is for Mrs Debb not USPS.

I love the original older woman that works the front desk. She's kind and always will greet you with a smile and she will take her time to answer any questions you have and is gentle with your packages. But if you see Erica behind the desk run! She's rude and condescending. She likes to get under your skin and I think it makes her feel better. She throws your boxes like a football too. She gives you the most difficult time over simple requests. She likes to argue so don't engage with her. I despise when she fills in for the regular and will drive off if I see it's her car outside instead. Some people are just evil and Erica fits that profile.

The worst post office I have ever dealt with. Now they’re refusing to deliver packages because our apartment complex signed up with Fetch - which has a worst rating than this place which is horrible. So there’s no way to get packages at all.Supposedly we can arrange to pick up at the post office if we have the app. But this post office don’t allow that without a post office box. This post office just automatically send packages back without attempting to deliver them. ?Update:Still the worst post office ever. The absolute laziest post office ever. If I could leave zero stars I would. We finally moved and they’re refusing to forward our mail. ????

there is only one woman that works here. her attitude is not great. I've come here twice and both times I was told "we're closed" during open hours. I asked "Am I able to just buy an envelope?" Her is response is "No I need to go get some lunch".. Just pitiful. I understand not liking your job , but not doing your job is another thing, and being rude just tops off the whole thing. I won't be returning here.

Very poor service The mailman delivered to my address is 4709 tuckaseegee rd ste3, 28208 , sometimes they show up After 9 PMI have lost my mail alot ,I don’t like the way they work, please bring my mail on time regular hours I’m disappointed the way they work, it is so horrible job.

All I want is to get the mail I have forwarded here from the PO box I set up and paid for at this location.You're better off calling the national number for help on where to find the forms they want printed...So they can release your mail.Clerk just talks sympathetic and condescending while you look frustrated and run in circles during your numerous trips back. You ask where to I find the application... she answers... "it's an application"Guess I'll go back to the UPS store to print off more papers so I can get the mail with my name on it

No employees. Came here on Friday at 10am and there was not 1 worker at the counter. Desk left unattended. Somebody could have took anything. Sad . People were waiting for normal services. Avoid this Usps at all cost

My package was supposed to be delivered on 7/14/2021, on 7/21/2021 I called the automated system and filed a claim about my package missing. On 7/26/2021 I finally got a call from the local branch and they told me my package was last seen in Atlanta even though the tracking clearly shows that it was in Charlotte last. I was told I need to go online and file a claim even though I had already done that and the call I was receiving was in response to that claim. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one was not there at the moment. I was given the local branch number and told to call back in an hour as the manager would be there in an hour. When attempting to call back I learned the fun way that this location doesn't answer the phone. I've prob listened to the phone right through to a busy signal about 30 times now without anyone answering. Terrible location with terrible customer service, avoid them at all costs.
