Brik provided excellent service to both myself and my husband, as well as my parents who have been long-time Verizon customers. Brik followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Brik manages the team at this store location, so you know they can be trusted. Highly recommend.

Our company uses Verizon service and Apple products. My first experience with Verizon of Waverly was when my IPad wouldn't charge. We have protection on all our devices so I went to to see how to fix the issue. Teagen helped with the replacement and once received, he helped me swap everything over to the new device. I felt very supported and never rushed. My third recent visit was with Rebecca. She took the time to help me troubleshoot another software issue on my iPad. She was patient with me and walked me through the solution once she figured out the problem. I will continue to drive past many other Verizon locations to get to this location. Thank you for all the help.

I broke my screen and had a cellphone fiasco! Fortunately, JT and Nate helped me out. They were very polite, respectful, and attentive. This is by far the best Verizon store! Thanks guys! Had this situation resolved immediately.

James is amazing! He helped me twice when the Verizon arboretum store dismissed me. I am a Verizon customer and needed to trade in two of my children’s iphones. Main Verizon store at arboretum dismissed me with no help but James at the Waverly store was beyond helpful without hesitation. Please go visit him when you need to make your next purchase or if you need help.

I would like to recognize JT for being a phenomenal Verizon advisor. I am so hesitant about changes, often feeling like I would encounter issues. I recently upgraded my phone and added internet to my plan. I originally started the process via online. I was mislead by an online representative. I reached out to JT for assistance, not only did he speak up for me he remained on the phone with me for an hour until everything was resolved. JT went above and beyond my expectations for what I believed a Verizon advisor would do. He made sure to follow up with me, kept an eye on my account for changes, and provide me education on what took place and how it was resolved. He is very knowledgeable of Verizon products and services. Even though I had a rough time, I will remain with Verizon because of his commitment to me as my Version advisor.

We have been Verizon customers for 20+ years. Made a by decision and moved to spectrum. Only took a week to realize we needed to come back to Verizon. Realized I had Teagen Conways phone number in my contacts, who I had worked with years ago. Called him up and told him our situation. He helped with every step of the way. And even after 2+ hours on the phone with customer service and spectrum Teagen finally got it all taken care of. This was the best customer service I have ever had. He is amazing. Can’t thank him enough. Plus after all the headache with spectrum, Teagen got us to switch our internet to the Verizon’s 5G Home internet you offer. Again. He’s absolutely wonderful and amazing to work with. Thank you!

Colin sent me a new phone and I did it all via the phone he’s was extremely professional and fast getting me a new phone and account within two days I would recommend everyone switch to Verizon based of the interaction I experienced and will be a customer for a long time based on my experiences to date

James Johnson is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable Verizon representatives I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Not only when I’ll be coming back to specifically see him in the future, but I will refer anyone that I possibly can to the store and to Mr. Johnson. I hope management sees this post and gives him a lovely raise.
