Unkind manager. Asked to get something witnessed, this can be done by a notary, per the document, it just needs to be signed and verified. I showed where the document stated a bank manager could do this. The branch manager acted like I was dumb. She told me that I have to bring my own witness to the bank. What does that even mean? Had it done at Founders instead. They were really nice.

Everytime I'm at this location I'm guarentee to be here for over 30 minutes.Absolutely terrible service, and seems like 1 person working while 3 others sit around cutting up.

Dilia Amaya needs to be fired immediately. Worst service ever, she needs to learn how to speak to people and she does not hide her racism at all. I wish for no star. I mean look at all the negative reviews.

After having a safe deposit box for nearly 40 years, the bank employee are unable to open and access my box. I’ve been waiting 10 days to get any type of response. I’m unable to get the title to a car, the call center is no help and bank doesn’t answer any calls.If you have a safe deposit box at this location you might want to check to see if they can open it…

This branch is absolutely useless I’ve tried closing my safe deposit box multiple times and cannot due to lack of appointments and they also do not accept walk ins!? How am I supposed to close my safe deposit account that I am being charged for yearly that I no longer use? Im currently here in Charlotte but am going back to Florida where I reside now and I still cannot close my safe deposit back before I leave it’s absolutely ridiculous and I’m going to have to continue to pay for it! I’m going to call corporate hopefully they can better assist me!??

I am surprised at this less than stellar review given my and my friends', coworkers', neighbors' experiences with this branch. Consistently given professional politeness, time, patience, & a bright greeting.. Such corporate metrics are particularly met by Vanessa and Darrell.

The atm machines never work so then you go to a teller. The tellers then behave as if you're the inconvenience and "remind" you that they have 3 atm machines available to use although you have already told them that the screens are displaying a message that states there can be no money withdrawn or deposited.

Worst customer service ever. The lady doesn't know how to talk to customers. Drive thru atm doesn't work. I went inside to use the one inside. I put my card & pin but it ejected the card and said 'out of service'. When I tell her that she said why you put the card in like I am some kind of jerk who doesn't know what he doing. How can she judge me I will put my card in while it says out service. Others were laughing at what she said because she was not supposed to say that. And she got the nerve to say have a good day. Please. I wish there is zero rating. Go to another respectful branch.

What happen to the days when there was more than one teller? Last few visits it took 15 to 20 mins just to make a deposit. I was charged $10 for a travelers check because I don't have a premium account. I have $20,000 between my checking account and savings. Plus I have a credit card with them. I will be moving my money elsewhere.

Customer service is below sub par due to short staff just like everywhere else. They are closed at noon every day so everyone can take a lunch break at the same time. They tried charging me extra and when I called them out on it they realized their mistake- very sketchy...

Do not bank with Wells Fargo!!! We keep getting charges on accounts they are unable to close. Run away!!! Bank with literally anyone else!!!

This is worst location I ever been . I was waiting for a banker for an hour. there was nobody but another banker seated with her for over 30min doing their own business instead taking customers.

Worst customer service EVER by a middle-aged teller with chin-length black & gray hair. Who knew traveling and attempting to access your account outside of your home state was criminal activity?!?!?!! The one star is for the branch mgr on duty (young AA female with long braids) who took the time to explain the situation. I appreciate you!
