Justin is the kindest, most professional and capable driver I could ever imagine. Not only did he pick up the truck in lightning speed, but dropped me off at the hotel, helped with my bags and even went farther by moving stuff out of the bed and into the truck to keep it out of the rain. Phenomenal first experience with this shop and thankful for the blessing y’all are. If I ever break down in Asheville again you will be my only call!

Just got a flat tire on the interstate in Asheville and Alex from Allegiant Automotive and Towing arrived within 15 minutes and was so kind, strong and accommodating. He did everything to keep us from being stranded from out of town. Would recommend Allegiant anytime!

We used Allegiant when our 16 year old son had a flat on 40 near exit 37. They were great and gave me a good piece of mind. Their communication was excellent. Thank you Allegiant!

We got a flat on the side of the highway without a spare and Alex was really quick on the site, called me when he was on the way with an ETA and even helped us figure out where to take the car on memorial day out of all days. Alex was super nice and the tow truck was reasonably priced. Would recommend!
