SECU in Columbus is a great home-town bank. They are courteous and very helpful. Everyone there seems to go the extra mile for their customers.

The bank is always clean the tellers are so welcoming and inviting and quick!! Wonderful customer service ANY time you have a promblem at hand they are there for you and will help until the problem is resolved! You guys rock!!!

If I could give zero stars I would this bank allowed one of there tellers to take my paycheck after working two weeks and only leave me $1 47 and the teller that took it told me that was enough for a cab ride to the end of the parking lot. So my pay check goes in like clock work and yes we had a joint account and we split up and I called down to the bank and told them I wanted this teller off my account that we weren't together anymore and the manger told me that she knew the teller well and she would ask her to sign the paper to remove herself and I asked her do I need to come down there and sign anything she said no i said OK well then yesterday I found out that she was still on there and that she took all my money. Teller number can be asked for I have it. Well she came to my house a month ago and I even told her not to be going back in my account and i have four people that can verify that. I guess being they're all friends up there they all take up for each other but when I asked to speak with the manager I was told I couldn't and that the manger was out anyway that this other lady was in charge and they even called the police on me and asked me to leave cause I wanted to know why she was still on there so upon leaving I called an lawyer and he advised me what to do all I'm saying is if you have ever had an account and something similar happened to you he can help you can contact me via email and I will give you the name he does nothing but fraud cases and he is in spartanburg,sc but he also can do cases in north Carolina this bank didn't care to let this teller take all my money and didn't even care if my child had anything to eat but I know that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about what happened

Every time I've had a question for this branch they make it seem like you're asking them for the biggest favor in the word, extremely rude employees with poor customer service skill.
