“My family and I have been visiting New Life Fellowship church every time we're in town visiting family since 2019. Pastor Philip teaches the word in its entirety, leaving you with gospel-based truths for leading a Christ-centered life. I love that this is a multi-cultural church family where everyone makes you feel welcome.”

“We have been visiting Roberta Church for a few months and joined today. These folks are so friendly, loving and welcoming.
The minister is phenomenal It is a joy to go to church.
They do so much for the community. If you are looking for a church home, please visit. We visited about five churches over several months and it didn't take too long to realize this was the one!”

“Awesome church and great pastors. Visited the church while in town filming a movie. The architecture of the church building, the grounds that the church is on, and the music and people that run this church are first class. Check them out.”

“Love this church!! :) The Sunday School's focus on the Bible has given me a much better understanding of scripture and offers a conversational atmosphere for a very personal experience.”

“Recently moved down here and was looking at churches within the area, went to freedom house first because it was a tad closer but that church felt like everyone was forcing kindness and it was more of a production and music show than anything. And it didn’t feel like a church atmosphere especially with the word. Went to Cabarrus two weeks ago and it was perfect. Everyone kept to themselves, the songs were great and I think it wasn’t the regular pastor but the secondary pastor was absolutely awesome. Went through the main verse then backtracked to the Old Testament to really give the service more understanding which is kind of rare these days. Missed last week for being under the weather but from here on out I’m going to make it a plan to go here from now on out because it’s perfect.”

“We've been attending Rocky River Church for about 2 years now. We'd looked for YEARS for a church that wasn't too big where we felt welcomed, and not pressured to give over our financial ability to do so (many churches we attended had a large emphasis on giving, while the preachers/pastors enjoyed ridiculous luxury). We'd also wanted a church where it didn't matter what church you went to when you were younger, where they didnt get hung up on pointing out the differences between Baptist, Methodist, Catholic, etc...where we were all there for Christ...PERIOD. We were really drawn in by Pastor Jimmy's approach to the message. He teaches directly from the Scripture, and always adds historical context...and I've always felt like his messages are easy to understand...whether you are an avid biblical study, or someone finding their way around the Bible for the first time. He is by far one of the best speakers I've sat in front of.We began coming to Rocky River during Covid. Things were extremely tough on our entire society, and churches were not immune to this. However, the messages really helped us through some tough times. As for the person who commented about Jimmy being political, etc. during/since Covid, that is simply not true. On numerous occasions, we've watched Jimmy avoid politics at the pulpit. I KNOW he takes great care not to bring up 'hot button' issues. He preaches/teaches from the Bible. As Christians, we must be willing to sometimes hear difficult truths, to be convicted in our own lives...this is how we grow in Christ. That said, to this day, I've never heard Pastor Jimmy speak politically. Period.Since coming to Rocky River, my family and I have moved to Winston-Salem. However, we still drive the 1 + hour almost every Sunday to get to Rocky River. The fellowship, friendships, and most importantly, lessons we've learned in Christ have enriched mine and my wife's, and our kids' lives. I'm SO proud to say the influence of the youth leaders (Liz and Jeff), of course with Christ, have encouraged my daughter to become a youth pastor...could a father be more proud? Could OUR Father be more proud? If you've never attended Rocky River, check us out. If you're fed up looking for a church for you, like we were, check us out. If you're lost, check us out. No matter your situation, status, or circumstance, Rocky River Church is an AMAZING place to come worship, meet great people, and grow in Christ.”
