The salon is pretty clean. My experience was eh. First thing I walk in and the manager or owner asked me to come to the back to pick a color. I was standing in the back for a while awkward and wating for my tech to come out of the back. I guess she didn't want to so the owner sat me down in 2 different chairs. She fixed a nail I asked her to leave shorter because I had broken it off and the hyponechium (what connects the nail to skin) was not completely healed and charged me for it. There's acrylic bubbles under my nails and polish on my finger. The sales board said $30 for a fill in. I assume extra for gel and the one nail I needed fixed. But I walked out $50 plus $10 tip. Eh. Gonna go back to my old place.

So I got SNS nails done here, loved my nail tech she was amazing... she was 5 stars for sure but the price is what made me go 4. My regular nails place was on vacation but typically 1 color solid glitter or anything sns 1 color is $40 & 2 colors $50 but here at this location I did 1 solid glitter color and was charged $50 for it so w tip $60 for 1 color...glad I didn't do my typical ombre look by but meh I won't change where I get my nails done at but I will rebook if I ever am in bind, again color options are great ♡

Top Nails is a hidden gem. I started going here almost 2 years ago and this is the best nails have ever looked. My PREVIOUS salon would leave my SNS bumpy and dull. Don’t fall for the boujee salons that act like an assembly line and only want your money. This place is appointment only and take their time to make sure you love your nails. I won’t go anywhere else.

My technician was Lily. I asked for acrylic tips and dip, white with no shaping as it was only my first time here. I said straight for shaping twice but she didn't hear me or something idk. I didn't want to spend 70-100 if they were bad. I paid 60 cause of the tips. Not bad. But,let me tell you, they are clunky, thick, uneven and piled on so thick at the cuticle they got cause on things left and right and running through my straightened hair was a no. I am literally sitting here filing down my nails right now while typing this out. I should've realized when I had hot spots while she filed down my nail bed the first two minutes in and didn't adjust after I said ow twice. I should have not stayed.
Also they had three people working in the front and only one other client than me on a Saturday afternoon, it was weird.
I should've looked at the pictures, more before I went, their cuticles are messy and their detail work is sloppy and just over all poorly done

Went today with my sister, it is by appointment only but the employees were able to help us get an appointment set up and get a mani-pedi. Mani-pedi cost $50 which was good for the time it took and massages and cleansing they did. Excellent experience, super kind and will accommodate if you need it.

Walked in to get Fillin noticed for people sitting around workers that is and I went to sign in, and I was stopped by a lady and was told that there was nobody there to do my nails and obviously there were several employees sitting around, not doing anything at all, and she denied me service even though the door says walk-ins are welcomed. And there was not even an excuse to why she just denied giving me service for my nails . She had absolutely no reason I will never be back to this place. If walk-ins aren't welcome they need to take it off their door. She was very rude and just plain lied ,Why do you have workers sitting around if they can't do nails. And on top of that there was only one person getting service at that time. much less Did she offer me an appointment. Will never be back !

I have to say, Tracy is the absolute best. She's very creative when it comes nail art. She's ready as soon as I walk in the door for my appointment. The ladies that work there are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this salon.

Best pedicure I have had in Concord. I like the fact it is by appointment so you aren't left waiting for someone to get to you like the place by Walmart. Thanks ladies - you are the best.

I had a pedicure here today with Pauline. Honestly, this may be the best pedicure I have ever had! I almost fell asleep in the chair. Pauline was so gentle and kind to me. I asked for something cute for St Patty's day. The design she created is so cute! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!.

Finally found a great nail salon after moving to NC. They were very attentive and super nice. I told them I'm leaving for Mexico tomorrow and need my peds top notch and that's what she did. They gave me the best pedicure I've had since moving. I can't wait to bring my daughters here.
