I’m a long time Verizon customer(20+). Almost left Verizon because this store & the Kannapolis store but the customer online save me. Use these satellite stores just to pick up your items. They had me come to this store 3x. No help. The last time the guy seemed disinterested on helping me find a solution. I was trying to upgrade my phone. I was told price & information by customer service online. I go to the store & was told something different. The guy watch me call customer service knowing they were close. He told me to come back once I spoke with them. 😂Yeah come back 4x already like I don’t have other things to do. Next day, Customer service sold me the upgrade & also got me to buy 5g internet for my DAD( he needed it) in another state. So you loss another sale all because of your lax customer service salesmanship!! Save yourself the headache leave these satellites stores alone, a waste of your time. The ppl online are better trained & can do everything the stores can do these days & give you discounts & offer PERKS!! They don’t seem to care about helping you anyways. Almost look like they’re pissed off an actual person came in the store. 😂Btw my niece actually left Verizon due to this store & went to T-mobile. SMH.

Saheed was great. He looked over the package our family had and helped us build a plan that would improve our services. He was patient as we decided and helped get everything arranged. Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Verizon thanks to the amazing customer service provided by Saheed. He were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain all my options regarding my phone. He made the entire process seamless and even went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate the effort and expertise he provided. We went in to get my wife a new phone and were helped by a very professional and knowledgeable sales agent Isaiah who walked us through the process quickly and easily and compared our options with us so we could chose what fit us best. Thank you Isaiah!

When I visited the store regarding internet service, Byron not only responded to all my questions but he made the process so easy, than in a few minutes I was on my way home with a Modem and a 30 day free trial.
As soon as I got home I was able to hook up all my devices and everything has worked fine and I am very thankful. AC

My fiancé and I stopped into Verizon tonight to trade in our phones in and upgrade. Saheed helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions that we had. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks Saheed for all your help!

I went to the Verizon by Walmart, paid an arm and a leg and left with the new phone. My phone wasn't activated properly and when I went back, they weren't any help. Told me to call corporate. I called corporate and they weren't able to help. I went to the Verizon by Afton Ridge and Byron fixed me up in less than 10 minutes! Amazing service with a smile! Now, I'm able to enjoy my new phone!

I went in for a phone upgrade and Byron noticed my hotspot plan and completely upgraded me for free basically and helped me sort out all of my subscriptions. Amazing customer service It was a great experience thank you so much Byron!!!

Worked with Garrick today at the store on Kannapolis Hgwy. He is very knowledgeable about the plans Verizon offers, and presented different options with out trying to pressure me into buying. Ask for him when you go in.

Saheed was super helpful in helping me contact customer service to get my problems with my phone fixed. He was very patient and kind. He helped contact all of the people we needed to get the perfect plan I needed specific to my travel. He also helped me to get a new phone and was a great sales person.
