Visited the location on Thursday, 10/17, had trouble with the ATM and had to go into the bank to withdraw money. The female teller was tentative but the male manager was not only tentative but was inquiring as to what I experienced with the ATM to resolve the issue. He exhibited compassion and apologized for the issues that was going on with the ATM. This type of customer service supports customer centered care. Had bad experience with the manager months ago she was very rude and unprofessional the bankers are always very helpful and great I have not seen the manager past few times recently which has been a blessing hopefully she was moved somewhere else wells fargo needs to have better customer services from they're leaders

Very rude, always issues when I come to this one. I hate that my regular Wells Fargo isn't open as long on weekends or I would never come to this location.

Very nice people, especially at the drive through. They take the time to get to know you and will remember the little things like your work uniform or something you mentioned last time you were in. I like their corny jokes they post in the window too. Melissa is my absolute favorite! She always says hello if she sees me, even when she's not working the window that day.

***Pleas Read*** DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH WELLS FARGO..... Your business will not be protected through this bank, they will lie to get you to open an account, “It's protected “, “wrongful charges reversed “, LIES, they ONLY want your money and will NOT fight for you. I suggest Bank of America or a credit union. Their dispute process is a joke(Well Fargo) for Black people and business owners. I provided receipts, information, statements and my dispute was still denied. And what really bothers me is Wells Fargo is NOT color blind. The condescending way they talk to black people is CRAZY... Loyal customers. I had my family member call in to see if it was just me, no he got treated the same way. Shunned by customer service, lackadaisical approach to helping. So I had one of my employees call in, Caucasian, and instantly he was helped with enthusiasm. She, the customer service rep actually showed compassion. Something I never experienced my 9years with Wells Fargo. It discussed me!!! I instantly opened up another bank account with a credit union. I have 2 bank accounts with Wells Fargo, personal and business, I WILL NO LONGER PUT MONEY IN EITHER ONE, money is not protected with Wells Fargo. Do NOT open an account with these crooks...

The service at this location is often slow but always friendly. I am always greeted as I enter the bank. They always ask if there's anything else I need. I recommend this branch as long as you aren't in a hurry!

Tellers are amazing and kind. The bankers are rude, imperious, and awful enough to make us leave. Go 3 miles down the road to Kannapolis WF for better service.

Today I went to Wells Fargo & it wouldn't allow me to take money out of my savings. Right after I was driving off i got a text & call. Both verifying that I was the one who tried to take money out of my account. It stated 5 transactions, one that was out of state for a beach trip I'm going to for a room on Tuesday. I thought it was SO professional that Wells Fargo did all of that in less than 5 mins to make sure nothing fraudulent was happening. 5 stars for sure!

I called to speak with a representative and was rudely told that I had the wrong number. I asked her for the correct number and she huffed and put me on hold for over 6 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling information. Nice.
