Such kind and professional staff! I called on Wednesday 8/17 to make an appointment for 8/19. I had over 200 certified mail packages to send for a business and these ladies jumped right in to help! Thank you Natiya and Sue ☺️ I missed the zip codes on 1 or 2 out of the 200 but they caught it and filled in the correct information. Highly recommend ? Definitely call ahead for an appointment if you have lots of items and they will take care of you!

They community is taking legal action against this post office. We have been home all day but all of our mail says “can not be delivered.” This is the Bexley community! You keep messing up EVERYONES mail

Why are none of the bad reviews posted? I have talked with people in the community who have tried to leave their reviews after having to file complaints and apparently either Google or this post office is removing them. There have been several police reports made for missing mail items and not even 10 minutes later their mail items magically appear. It's not happened to just one person, its happened to multiple people.

This is the most efficient, friendly, helpful and easy post office I've ever used. I've had nothing but great experiences with everyone who has worked there. Today unfortunately I witnessed a woman in line throw a temper tantrum over something that was her own fault; I wouldn't have had the patience to deal with her but the employees were FAR kinder and patient than they needed to be and did their best to sort things out for her. Some people just choose to be upset and take it out on the people around them, and I'm sorry that these people had to be caught in her bad mood today, but was so impressed by how they handled it when they shouldn't have had to in the first place. I have to rely on the post office a lot for my small business and I feel really great about living near this one now.

The sender put the wrong address on my package and it was sent to the Davidson, NC post office. I called and the lady I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful, she corrected the address and it's on my way to me.

Terrible service at this location. I drove here from Cornelius on a Saturday because the Cornelius branch was closed and needed to cash a money order for less than $100 and they claimed that they didn’t have enough cash....LOL! Then I needed to mail something with tracking and the lazy postal employee went ahead and closed the register after I had already asked her to wait a few minutes! Totally incompetent...save yourself a headache and drive to another location.

We stay at the Bexley community. Mail is always missing, or our mail is always in the mail boxes of our neighbor. 825 will have packages for 815. And so on. Most of the time they arnt putting the right mail to the right place. So it’s our job to then redistribute the mail.

I just had probably the nicest experience I've had with a USPS employee calling in to track down a missing package. The lady on the phone was kind, helpful, and figured things out with a few quick phone calls. Very good service.

Never had a problem with the employees in the post office, just have had issues with mail delivery person. Always putting mail that is not ours in the mail box as well as not wanting to deliver my packages or leaves my packages in the driveway for my busy street to see, after I have asked nicely to place them on my porch. They also do not let me know that they leave my package at the post office so then I have to file a claim thinking someone stole it in order to find out they have it all along. They need to communicate! Leave a note in the mailbox, it's not hard!

We are located on North Harbor Place Drive but we have a new postal delivery person. The company beside us was closed for three weeks and our mail had been put in their mailbox therefore we were unable to get our mail until they returned today, January 6th. This new person needs to pay more attention to where the mail is being left. We also received numerous pieces of mail that was not ours. This is something that needs to be brought to the delivery persons attention. Thank you!!

Quick stop into this post office to get some stamps for post cards and then pop them into the slot for mailing. The line was short and moved quickly, the clerk was efficient and had the stamps in his drawer and then he provided the right change. A-OK. [Review 12632 overall, 2424 of 2019.]
