I had a package marked "delivered to an agent" in tracking. A few days later, I had still not received the package, so I visited this office. The employee at the counter was very kind and understanding but told me the tracking issue was caused by someone manually keying in the delivery information as opposed to scanning it per usual. That said, it seems that the my lost package was due to cut corners or some other oversight. I had a friend tell me their package was also lost at this location. This makes me think that some employees at this office are not as reliable as others. I hope that we will not have continued issues receiving parcels as expected.

Small but usually efficient. Excellent with PO box deliveries. Not so much with residential deliveries, hence the need for a PO box.

Took my package out for delivery FIVE TIMES over the course of a week and not once did it get to my home. I don't even live in Davidson. Seller ended up refunding me and the last shipment update still shows it is sitting in this post office.

As a resident of the town of Davidson, I have noticed since moving here a little over four years ago, how very special, this little post office actually is in comparison with others that I have visited throughout my lifetime.I happen to love writing letters & sending mail including Christmas cards & Valentine’s.The staff at this location is always ready to help, and often times really friendly.The building is old and does smell musty so because I have asthma, I do struggle a bit with my breathing when I am in the building. I don’t know if they will ever be able to do anything about that.Overall, I give this post office five stars for their friendly service! PS I love the stamps!

Tracking number says it was delivered, but actually it was not delivered. I started inquiry and they called me from the post office and it was figured out that the package was delivered to wrong address. I went to that address and people said they didn’t receive anything. Now I see that on the post office website it says that package was received and case is closed. But I still have no my package! Absolutely careless employees.

This is the best post office ever. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond. I would go out of my way to mail or ship here.

Someone working at USPS delivering packages out of Davidson NC is a thief and they know it. May God have mercy on your soul.

The post office workers are wonderful.The parking sucks. No enforcement for posted post office customer parking. 30 or so spots taken, Post Office is empty of Customers. Had to park elsewhere in town.

Such kind and professional staff! I called on Wednesday 8/17 to make an appointment for 8/19. I had over 200 certified mail packages to send for a business and these ladies jumped right in to help! Thank you Natiya and Sue ☺️ I missed the zip codes on 1 or 2 out of the 200 but they caught it and filled in the correct information. Highly recommend ? Definitely call ahead for an appointment if you have lots of items and they will take care of you!

They community is taking legal action against this post office. We have been home all day but all of our mail says “can not be delivered.” This is the Bexley community! You keep messing up EVERYONES mail

Why are none of the bad reviews posted? I have talked with people in the community who have tried to leave their reviews after having to file complaints and apparently either Google or this post office is removing them. There have been several police reports made for missing mail items and not even 10 minutes later their mail items magically appear. It's not happened to just one person, its happened to multiple people.

This is the most efficient, friendly, helpful and easy post office I've ever used. I've had nothing but great experiences with everyone who has worked there. Today unfortunately I witnessed a woman in line throw a temper tantrum over something that was her own fault; I wouldn't have had the patience to deal with her but the employees were FAR kinder and patient than they needed to be and did their best to sort things out for her. Some people just choose to be upset and take it out on the people around them, and I'm sorry that these people had to be caught in her bad mood today, but was so impressed by how they handled it when they shouldn't have had to in the first place. I have to rely on the post office a lot for my small business and I feel really great about living near this one now.

The sender put the wrong address on my package and it was sent to the Davidson, NC post office. I called and the lady I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful, she corrected the address and it's on my way to me.
