When we bought our new Class C motor coach, we knew we would need to find someplace to take it for routine maintenance. From the first call to make the appointment to getting the oil changed today, it was nothing but an outstanding customer service experience.
Ben, the gentleman who answered the phone, was one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with in a long time. This young man should start a customer service training company. He was polite, kind and very thorough. When we arrived, Kirstey checked us in. She is another example of stellar customer service. When we questioned their ability for State Inspections, after telling us they were not equipped to do that, she called another Black’s located within the vicinity and found us a place to go.
Every business could learn from this organization. I’m glad I took the chance and called them first. We will be customers for life.
