This has been my long-time favorite place but the employee this week (she has a short shoulder-length haircut) was rushing, careless, and a little unhygienic. My eyebrows are completely mismatched and one is super thin now even though I told her just a little bit of cleanup.
Their salon lighting is so dark that it’s hard to truly verify their work until you get home. The employee I used to always have (a darker skinned lady with longer hair) always did a perfect job.
Also, the lady yesterday was not cleaning the headrest of the seat between clients. I had to request her to clean it and all she did was squirt hand sanitizer on a tissue and quickly wipe the chair. The salon has two spray bottles of sanitizer at the station and she didn’t bother to use those.
I’m never coming here again if the lady with the short hair is working.

I don’t remember the lady who did my eyebrows but this was my first time coming here. I wanted to make sure I was in good hands because I didn’t want my eyebrows to be overthreaded. Prices are extremely fair and I was very pleased with my service. One of the best rated threading for a reason! This was also the quickest job I’ve ever had done in almost 10 years. I just walked in, sat in a chair and left with great brows again— no fluff.

Very weird and disappointing experience. I walked into Chandi’s Eyebrow Threading and was completely ignored, no greeting, no acknowledgment. When I politely asked if I could access the WiFi while I waited, the owner bluntly said, “I don’t know the password.” There were clearly two networks listed, and somehow she didn’t know the password to either? Sure, Jan. Offering WiFi to customers is a basic courtesy, especially when there’s a wait involved.
When it was finally my turn, I asked for a small mirror so I could show her exactly how I wanted my brows shaped. THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONLY EYEBROW SALON THAT I’VE BEEN TO THAT DIDNT HAVE A SMALL HAND HELD MIRROR LOL! Nonetheless, she flat-out refused and said, “No, I’m not gonna do that. I’m just gonna clean up the bottom line.” Mind you, my brows were bordering on a unibrow. This was not the time for minimal effort.
The entire time she bragged about doing Miss Teen USA’s eyebrows but didn’t extend even a fraction of that attention or care to actual paying customers. I highly doubt Miss Teen USA paid for those services, more likely, her name and likeness was just used for clout and promo.
All in all, a bizarre, unprofessional experience. I won’t be returning. Luckily, there are plenty of excellent and respectful Indian eyebrow threaders in the Raleigh-Durham area. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I came in for a full face threading and waited patiently for 30 minutes while others were served. When it was finally my turn, I was told only eyebrows and upper lip could be done because the staff member was tired and hadn’t eaten. By that time, it was too late to go elsewhere, and I had an important event the next day.
I genuinely felt extremely bad for her—it was clear she was overwhelmed. The real issue seemed to be poor management and scheduling, which unfortunately was taken out on me. I even offered to wait until she finished eating and explained my situation, but was still met with aloof behavior throughout the service, even as she reluctantly agreed to do the full face threading. (This is understandable & also sad, I can only imagine the day she must have had)
While the service itself was excellent—she is clearly very skilled and hardworking—the lack of courtesy and communication really impacted my experience. The root cause seems to be a lack of support and consideration from the employer towards their employees, not her ability or work ethic. I left a generous tip out of respect for her work, but unfortunately walked away feeling unvalued as a customer.
Edit - The owner responded to the review thanking me for appreciating employee’s skill completely disregarding all the concerns mentioned. I did not get an apology for my unpleasant experience either.
Never going back to a place that refuses to take accountability for their mistakes & mistreatment towards their own employees. I’m going to urge my friends, family & colleagues to do the same.

I absolutely love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded! Every time I'm in town, this is my go-to spot. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating to my style preferences. Even when there's a line, they move efficiently, you’re in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The space is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

V did a great job on my brows and upper lip! It was my first time having my lip threaded so I was worried about the pain. V was very quick and reassuring which made it a great experience :)

This is my go to place for my eye brows! Every time I come in I am welcomed and my eyebrows always look amazing! I can't wait to come back and have my eye brows and other areas done again. This has been my go to spot since I lived in Cary.
