Unfortunately, another unsatisfied customer. Showed the the date of renewal on their own pill container and prescription, showing that it was already overdue, but still told me that it would be a couple of weeks before i can get it refilled. Even got my PCP to call with no effect.Either morons working there, or very bad computer support

The incompetence has hindered my ability to get prescriptions multiple times. They do not seem to care about their patients. It’s ridiculous.

Wow. Surprised by so many negative reviews. I’ve used this pharmacy for my meds for 3 years and have never had any issues. Prescriptions are auto filled and pick up is easy. Rarely a wait at all in my experience. I like having it in the target since I almost always have another reason to be there.

Most inefficient pharmacy I've ever been to. Takes 4 visits to fill an order correctly with rude technicians. Just paid $60 for medicine that was no longer needed and that my doctor canceled my prescription, and when I attempted to return it the next day, they insinuated that I was trying to scam them and wouldn't take it back. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

I have the problem with any pharmacy that closes for lunch like it’s a doctors office. Extremely inconvenient for patients, and poor patient care.

Very difficult to get a hold of the staff via phone. They do not answer their phone and waited in excess of 30 minutes with no answer.

I only gave this pharmacy a single star because I wouldn’t be able to write this review…….DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!! I have been trying all day to get prescriptions refilled and no one will answer the phone. This pharmacy has become so unreliable lately. The last time I tried to get prescriptions filled they never answered the phone either, had to take time away from work and go to the pharmacy and get them refilled.

I'm never going back. Find another pharmacy! They never answer the phone and the service is very poor. I called over a 2 day period to secure my mom's prescriptions and spent approximately 3 hours altogether on hold. No one ever answered the phone. I went in person and the pharmacist (Mr. White) told me he had one perscription ready but he couldn't give me the other one because he was going to lunch in 3 minutes. He grabbed the remaining prescription and placed it on a counter behind him and told me to come back in an hour. I couldn't believe it. It cost me an additional hour and 20 minutes of driving time as I had to take my mom to the doctor and return later for the remaining prescription.

Great in person, patient and knowledgeable. But you’re not going to get through to anyone over the phone. I understand that they may be short staffed, but there’s not even a voicemail box to make it feel like you’ve been heard or give you false hope lol. Not everything can be done online y’all!

The pharmacist was really helpful and a wealth of knowledge about interactions w/ a new px (unlike the empty canned advice from the Walmart pharmacist who said 'just take it with food'). They were also very proactive with getting refills ordered well before I needed to worry about it. Not all CVS are as on top of that as these folks are. I definitely appreciate that. I've pretty much quit using Walmart Px because of this CVS Px.

Not a good place for vaccines — the pharmacist won’t give them. She said that our autoimmune diseases aren’t good enough for her to give us booster shots. Which just means I have to make another appointment somewhere else. Big frustrating waste of time.

The staff is rude, disrespectful, and outright stupid. It took me 10 minutes to get through a phone call that took me 3 minutes at a CVS somewhere else in town. Whoever the lady was I spoke to 7/27 at around 10:30am needs a serious job re-evaluation. Don’t waste your time at this CVS. Go to the one in Durham on Martin Luther King Parkway instead. The staff is much nicer and they actually know what they’re talking about.
