This pharmacy has always been under staffed and have long wait times at the pharmacy. The employees are either over worked or have very low morale. I will recommend finding some other pharmacy if you really want efficient and professional service.

The store is interesting and fun to look around in. It is easy to find what you want and most importantly the pharmacy staff is kind, patient, and goes the extra mile to help. I am on a diabetic medication that is difficult to get right now. They start looking for it way out before I am due to get it filled so it will be ready for me when I need it. Not only that, they get my 3 month prescription so I only don’t have to be concerned about running out. What a profound relief!

Very slow in providing prescription medication. They take 3 days for a prescription transfer and had to visit them on 3rd day asking for status. Patient service is very low.

It's 11:14am and CVS doesn't have $300 cash for money service, can you believe it? Not sure if it's CVS policy to discourage money services but been to 3 CVS and all of them have something or the other problem w.r.t. MoneyGram

Online booking for vaccinations was easy. Checked in with my phone via text message. Plenty of staff in the pharmacy. Only waited a couple of minutes to be helped. The person who gave me my shots was pleasant and professional. Good experience!

I want to CVS for vitamin B1G1free. Every time I go to get the vitamin it is out. Why can’t cvs order extra. I asked the person working there if they have in back room she checked and no stock. she said they got the truck today and it was not on the truck and will not get the for 2 to 3 weeks. Very disappointed

If you need to deal with the pharmacy DON’T call. Go inside the store if you can. I was on the phone with them for 7 minutes for a prescription and the call dropped. I called back and have now been on hold for over 30 minutes. Unacceptable.Update: When I finally got someone on the phone, Howard, it was a pleasant experience. I understand it’s not his fault but this CVS should have more staff during the evening shift.

Extremely convoluted and annoying phone system. It takes forever to get to a human, and then I was on hold for a very long time and nobody ever picked up. Ever since I started using cvs they send automated spam calls every single day.

This is my favorite CVS in town. The pharmacy staff is the kindest I've had to interact with at a CVS. Maybe it's because I've been going for a few years, but the staff recognize me and are always helpful and have my meds ready.The front store staff are easygoing as well. It makes you realize how unpleasant every other cvs is.

Long waiting time for COVID test.Some facts:1- Got there 12:17 pm, one customer ahead.2- Began to process my case (12:20 pm appointment) around 12:45pm.3- Got my sample collection kit 1:15 pm.4- Four customers couldn't wait and left.Easy job!PS. The LabCorp sample collection box feels very warm inside. So I am not sure about the testing accuracy.
