The customer service was first rate, I felt like they definitely found the right shoe for my needs. The scan of my feet really helped narrow down the choices and the salesperson was very patient and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be going back when I need shoes in the future.

Highly recommend Fleet Feet on Ninth Street. Caleb was very helpful—showing me the latest version of what I was used to (Brooks) and a few other options based on an updated foot analysis. I’ve shopped at Ninth Street Active (now closed) for the past 20 years, and this will be my new go-to for running gear.

Went in for a fitting I booked online. No waiting, no fuss, no muss. Quick measurement and some walking around on a pressure pad and I had a great shoe recommendation in minutes. Walked out with a solid pair of Brooks and the staff were fantastic.
