This is for the restaurant. Dominique is great. Not only a good person but he cooks a dang good steak.
Food and drinks: The ribeye steak was great
Noteworthy details: Dominique was awesome.

If you are traveling for work or work in Aviation, I would not recommend this hotel. For some reason they did not have “Do Not Disturb “ door hangs. I kept asking every day. I could not get a clear answer as to why they did not have these. I went downstairs to ask for towels, they said they had no towels. I had to do laundry. I asked them where the laundry facility was. They said their laundry facility was not in working order. If I could give zero stars I would. Not sure why this has gone unnoticed by Hilton. Very poor management to say the least.

Hotel itself was decent. However I would highly encourage you to find somewhere else to stay. I got back from a trip today, which was cut 2 days short because I received a call saying my truck had been broken into. Changed my flight to return as quick as possible. When I got back I was one of several trucks whose windows had been busted and property stolen from my truck.

First thing is the system was down for Digital Key. Then I check in to find the room Ac/thermostat was not working. Was told the system was new however wired wrong therefore it was extremely uncomfortable to be in the room without being able to control it. Could not cut it off. So it stayed on lowest temp....freezing!!!!!!!!! WAS offered blankets. The faucet handle in bathroom was put on backwards, the refrigerator cabinet had nasty buddy in it, which i was told should have been sanded. Couldn't take shower due to it being dirty, plus to cold to attempt. Was told by front desk no room to move us to and that the manager would be reaching out to discuss options. I checked out at 930am Here we are 5pm and no call from Manager. I called several times and spoke with Vincent which stated the manger would be in at 11 and call me,then told at 1pm manager still not in yet, then call back at 230 was told by Vincent that the manger is busy and stated he was told by Freeman Jackson that if I called back to tell me he would call me by 4pm. Still no call from manager at all. I had to escalate situation thru hilton customer care which addressed it. Very poor management. A new manager needs to be hired. This location is a poor representation of Hilton.

The night manager middle aged light skin. As soon as I walked in she had an attitude with the customers before me and blew her breath saying she just needed to go home. I agree. I went to the nice Indian lady because of her attitude. Handed her my ID the young Indian lady was giving me my room key and telling me about my free waters and then the rude manager slides over to is takes my key and informs her that room isn't for me. Then tells .e that the reservation was made minutes before and was not paid. When I pulled my confirmation from 2 weeks prior and begin to read her my confirmation she informs me to not uell at her and step to the side. I was far from yelling. I was thwre on business. My job was on the phone with me trying to clear things up being that I do not live close and had to open the business the next morning. When I told my employer they don't have a room for me.. the rude manager was mumbling in the back ground "um sure dont". I then exited the building before I truly engaged in her hostility. I have worked as hotel management. I know how you have to mark the rooms and how only a certain number are allowed for reservations and you're company did not do it's job appropriately. Rather than having accountability they had attitude AND MONEY FOR THE ROOM. When my employer called to clarify the situation the hotel manager had an attitude with her and my employer ended the conversation.
Do better.
People are tired. After working 12 hours then having the choice to sleep in my car or drive 4 hours home. That lady does not deserve her position.

Superb service. We were caught off guard with flight changes and had to book 2 rooms at 4:30am. They were very responsive. Fast shuttle service and they allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier so that we could drop off our numerous luggage.
Hats off to the whole team!

The staff and housekeeping crew do a phenomenal job here. I enjoyed the breakfast and the evening menu as well.
Rooms: I liked my room just wished it had a larger refrigerator and not so low to the floor.
Food and drinks: Very good breakfast. I had dinner here twice and it was delicious. The ribeye steak and the burgers were great.

Wow, I have never had such a bad experience at a Hilton property before. When I checked in, they accidentally charged me $179 extra (they did refund it promptly). When I checked in, I told them I needed an airport shuttle at 5:45 am, but the next morning I was told they only run on the half hour, and they didn't even tell the driver I was waiting at 6 am. I never got an apology from anyone about any of this. In fact the morning desk clerk was pretty rude, even though the shuttle mix up was clearly not my fault. The room was not terrible, it was clean at least. The TV is extremely old and did not have any channels at all, and no Netflix option. I was told they are planning to replace the tvs soon, but no apology about the inconvenience once again. I wasn't able to connect my Hilton Honors account because I used Booking, so I had to pay $5 to access the internet. The bathroom door does not stay open and there is no fan, so I had to use the ironing board to prop it open to clear out the shower fog. There was very hot water at least, it seems they have replaced the boiler since previous complaints. There was a train behind the property but it only came by once for a short time so that wasn't too bad. They were playing obnoxious music in the elevator, and the building is indeed very old and shabby. The outlet in my bathroom looked 40 years old and was coming out of the wall. Overall this was what I expect from a $75 room, not a $200 room. Very disappointed. There is another Hilton Garden Inn by the airport that looked much newer - try that, or the Hampton Inn.

Wonderful facility, friendly staff and very good breakfast (included in the stay). I would definitely stay here again.
