Bate and switch!!! In July I signed up for a unit at $59 a month. Move everything in all is well. Not even 2 months later, I receive an email that they have to raise rent to $80. Whatever rate you agree to will go up!
Furthermore, there are lots of spiders and bugs in the units and my parents unit ended up flooding bc of a leak in the roof (inside unit)
As long as you don't store anything expensive and good with spiders amd pollen, this place is cheaper than others and worth it.
